Located in Beaulieu sur Mer, this beautiful studio of 37 square meters, consisting of a large entrance way, a large living room, a full kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet room. The living room has a sofa bed, large windows with electric wood shutters, a satellite TV, DVD, and Stereo CD player. The kitchen with also a large window and electric shutters, it’s fully equipped with gas/electric stove/oven and dish washer, a reverse osmosis water filtration and a large refrigerator. The bathroom has a modern shower, a sink and large mirrors. The washer and dryer unit is located in the bathroom. A large terrace with view over the mountains has a large awning and dining table. It has two individual air conditioning units to keep the whole flat at a very comfortable temperature during the summer months. This studio sleeps 2-3 people. There is an extra folding bed and a sleeping bag.

The property is located less than 300 meters from the beach 'Plage des Formis' the Casino, Nice is only 11 miles away and Monte Carlo about the same distance. Train Station is less than 4 minutes walking distance and the bus stop is right on the street below. Cafes, Restaurants, Shops, Farmers Market, Supermarket is all less tha 5 minutes walking distance.

Beautiful Beaulieu!

A great big thank you to Mr & Mrs Da Silva. My partner and I stayed in July 09. One week simply was not enough. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and more. It is located just a short stroll from the centre which has some lovely restaurants, or for those on a budget - a fantastic supermarket for relaxing dinners on the balcony (great after a full day at the beach). Close to the station which has great links to all major cities on the Cote d'azur. I have stayed in Beaulieu many times before but this was definitely my best experience. I would highly recommend this property, ok, its a bit on the small side but absolutely prisitine with fantastic facilities and great value for money. If you are thinking of going - dont think - Just book it! I can't wait to go back next year.

Fabulous holiday

We are a family of 4 and loved our stay in this apartment, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed lovely dinners on the balcony.

The apartment is in immaculate condition and the washing machine was excellent and easy to use.

The situation of the apartment is excellent and very well located in Beaulieu close to everything you could need.

We fully recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

We used the local pizza place for a fab night in without having to cook, which was the best pizza we have had.

Hope this is of help to any future tenants.
