Air Conditioned, spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in Reserva De Marbella (Phase 1). Fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Sat TV with normal free UK sat channels, DVD player, large selection of films. There is a selection of books for those who just go away to relax. South facing large balcony with sunbeds, sun all day long. Apartment has reserved underground parking and lift access.Set in landscaped tropical gardens, with 3 swimming pools that cascade through waterfalls into each other, there is also a jacuzzi and infant pool. Pools can be accessed by steps or ramp so making them easy to get into. Also benefit from LIfeguard during summer months.Located 10 minutes drive from centre Marbella and 5 minutes from Cabopino Beach or 15 minutes walk. It is also within walking distance of supermarket / Bars / restaurants. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I ALSO HAVE TIMESHARE APARTMENT IN CROWN RESORTS,CLUB CALAHONDA, AVAILABLE 16 Aug +week either side £425p

The apartment is very spacious and has all the comforts of home incl SAT TV , DVD, selection of books and even a toasted sandwich maker . the southerly aspect from the balcony ensures that when the sun shines you can make the most of it . the complex is very private with none of the usual noise from youths that we have suffered from previous apartments , 3 swimming pools means that you can always find garden area adjacent to the pool to relax . there are several bars and restaurants nearby so you don't have to worry about drink driving . the owner is also very helpfull and his discussion before we went on what to do and where to eat was very helpfull. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you require a relaxing break

The description of this place was spot on. The location, layout and facilities are all there to make your stay perfect. The apartment was cleaned and maintain to a very good standard. Recommending the place to a friend wouldn’t be a problem. The area has something for everyone, young and old alike it’s the sort of place you can do just want you like which makes your holiday just right for you.

This is the fourth time we have been back and enjoyed ourselves just as much as we did the first time. The pools are clean and well maintained, which make it safe for the smallest of children, plus having a life guard during the summer helps the adults to relax a bit more. At the beach there are a few bars and restaurants, plus sun beds if you don’t like lying on the sand. Bus travel is very cheap and easy just hope on at the bottom of the road, all whole of West Costa Del Sol is at your finger tips.
