This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath Cape Cod bungalow has a large, fenced-in back yard with an outdoor shower and is 1/2 mile walking distance to the beach! :)(Exit 9a, mid-Cape). Comfortably sleeps 8-10: bedroom 1 is the navy blue ''Old Glory'' room and has 2 sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4); bedroom 2 is the beige ''Daufuskie'' room and has a queen bed; bedroom 3 is the yellow-lime ''Nantucket'' room and has a set of DOUBLE BED bed bunks (sleeps up to 2 couples/4 people). There is a pullout queen couch downstairs for the “weekend crashers.” [Every room decorated with the detail and theme of its name!]
Renovated to a modern touch while maintaining the Cape Cod charm, the ''Chateau'' comes fully equipped. The kitchen is full with pots ‘n pans, plates, bowls, serving platters - you name it, it’s here … everything down to the lobster pot! The back yard has a new Lynx gas grill & a Weber charcoal grill available for your BBQ activities.
Bath towels, pillows & comforters provided; the only
things you'll need to bring are your linens, beach towels & bathing suits!
Dozens of Dennis favorite restaurants, bars, beaches & ice cream hot spots within 1 mile radius including The Oyster Company (4 doors down) The Wooden Shoe, The Ocean House, Sundae School, Kream ‘N Kone, Jim Plunkett’s Happy Hour @ the Improper (a quick 3 minute walk!), Irish Pub, Clancy’s, and the list goes on - bring your bikes, no need to drive :)
Dennis is home of 18 gorgeous Cape Cod beaches, our local favorite Sea Street Beach is a short ten minute walk with direct beach ½ mile from the front door to Depot Street Beach.
For you golfers, bring your clubs to hit up Dennis Pines & Dennis Highlands ... another favorite being Cranberry Valley in next-door Harwich.
Interested in a day trip to the Island? The Harwich Port-Nantucket ferry is just 1 mile down road.
5 miles from downtown Chatham for an afternoon of shopping. Other activities include Go-carts, mini golf, knick knack shops, kayak rentals, and much more.
To help to minimize traffic and get the true “Cape Cod” we’ve decided to offer Monday to Monday rentals. We hope this will help with certain guests who are only able to enjoy the weekend – this time in full; eliminate the Saturday turnover traffic drive down; and let you enjoy our favorite Sunday night post-beach BBQ sleepover for your last night’s stay before you head back to the office on Monday!
