Additional information about rental rates

  • Book 3 weeks and get 10% off your your cheapest week. (except from June to Sept)

    A minimum of 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is payable 6weeks before arrival.
    Please note that we do require a minimum security deposit of 1.500€ to be paid with the rental balance. In order to make the booking or for further information please do not hesitate to call or mail us.

    Completed booking forms will hold the villa for 5days awaiting your cheque. Bookings cancelled 3 months before the start date will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled under 3 months will be only refunded if re-booked, I will make every effort to resell you're booking, if I have to put your booking on special offer you will receive that amount.
  • Changeover day is Monday, arrival after 3pm, guests are requested to vacate by 10am on departure day to allow time for cleaning.

    Prices include all bed linen and bathroom towels (except pool towels). Weekly cleaning is included - additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
