Ground floor: Farmhouse Kitchen - 4 oven Redfyre stove (Aga style), breakfast table & seating, well-equipped. Stunning stone-walled Conservatory with indoor bridge over mill pit. 30ft oak-beamed Sitting Room - wood-burning stove, comfortable seating/TV area, large dining table & chairs. Twin Bedroom.
