Step on to the front deck where you can sit and sip your morning coffee or afternoon beverage as you watch your fellow islanders stroll by. Through the rear doors you will find a private dining patio with barbecue and seating for the whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including a pass through window counter out to the patio table. Downstairs there is also one bedroom with two twin beds, another bedroom with a double futon perfect for the youngsters, and a full bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. A full bath is shared in the hallway, and a balcony patio is adjacent to the back bedroom. Parking is available for one car in the attached garage, and additional parking can be found on the street in front. In addition to the family room, TVs are found in the upstairs bedroom and the futon room, a perfect spot for the kids to hook up video games they bring along. This home is ideal for families or friends looking for a place to getaway and gather. Downtown Balboa Island is a short stroll away with its quaint restaurants and lovely shopping boutiques, not to mention Balboa Bars - yum! The bay beaches are also a quick walk down the street, and the Balboa Pier and ocean waves are just a ferry ride away. There is nothing better than a leisurely walk around the island with views and vistas of the Balboa Pavilion, sparkling waters and boats of all description.
