3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo in a renovated former church. This unique property is located near all the attractions for a perfect vacation - beach, golf courses and outdoor activities. It is a 15 minute drive from the Bourne Bridge and 10 minute drive from downtown Falmouth. This is a well maintained, very spacious unit which easily sleeps 6 people. One bedroom is on the first floor with twin beds and there are two bedrooms upstairs. One has twin beds and the master suite has a queen bed and private bath and sitting area. Amenities include washer/dryer and dishwasher, cable TV and wi-fi internet service.

We purchased this condo to enjoy our own little piece of Cape Cod after vacationing on the Cape for many years. This is a second home to us and we treat it that way. We use it as a wonderful get away to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer.

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in North Falmouth, Massachusetts

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $1500 per week
  • US Dollars
  • $1500 per week from June 29 to Labor Day - 2 week minimum
  • $500 security deposit per rental. 1/2 of rental + security deposit required to
  • secure rental with remaining rental amount due 3 weeks before rental.
  • Security deposit wil be returned within 30 days after rental period ends.
  • Saturday to Saturday rental only. Check-in 2:00 p.m. Check-out 10:00 a.m.
