Perfect for corporate events, suiting both intimate gatherings and larger events. Country estate consisting of a beautifully restored Grade 2* listed Jacobean manor house of considerable historic importance set in 25 acres of classical gardens and parkland, 1 hour from London and 30 mins from Oxford or Heathrow. The house was built in 1609 by the grandfather of Queen Anne and is approximately 15,000 square feet. 10 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 separate cloakrooms. Reception hall, sitting room, drawing room, library/study, dining room, snooker room, playroom, breakfast room, kitchen, laundry room. High ceilings and large fireplaces. Principal room enjoys views over the lake, parkland and gardens. 500 metre private driveway. Solar heated, outdoor pool. Sauna. Tennis court. Lake with folly from 1746. Swings and slides.
