Main bedroom, 1st floor double, balcony, 2nd double room on ground floor with en-suite and patio door to garden. 2 x twin bedrooms upstairs, bedroom 1 has en-suite and patio door overlooking garden, bedroom 2 has balcony overlooking back garden.

8mtr x 4mtr pool at front of property, south facing, sun all day. All mod cons, kitchen fully equipped, Sat TV, DVD player, IPOD docking Stn, Radio. Barbecue area at rear, fully equipped, loungers and outdoor tables and chairs. Close to Nazare (water park), Caldas da Rainha (markets), Alcobaca(Monastary), Fatima, Foz da Arellho (beautiful beaches) Obidos (walled castle town), Peniche( water park) and Salgado beach ( paragliding). Beautiful traditional restaurants, frequent festivals.

This property is located in the Serra dos Mangues, 3km from the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. Surrounded by other holiday homes and farm houses, it is a quiet rural area, however close to a wide range of towns and amenities.

Sao martinho do Porto is a beautiful bay with sandy beach and protected swimming area, very safe for children. Sao Martinho has many traditional Restaurants, Bars, Pastelleria's ( bakery coffee shops), a daily market and beautiful views across to Salir do porto which is a wildlife reservation. 3km north of property is Salgado beach where Asa Delta( paragliding ) occurs daily. 8Km north is the town of Nazare, more fantastic restaurants, waterpark and beautiful beach. Inland a 30 minute journey takes you to Alcobaca and it's famous Monastary, an hours journey takes you to Fatima. 20 Minutes south is the main town of Caldas da Rainha which has a daily market. 20 - 40 minutes south takes you to Obidos, Peniche and Foz da Arellho which boasts beautiful beaches.
