Welcome to our beautiful apartment. If you are looking for five star luxury in an unbeatable central London location at a very reasonable price you will be hard pushed to find better.

Please note; up to 2 guests only and a 4 night minimum stay.

Located on Great Titchfield Street W1 between New Cavendish Street and Foley Street, London's West End theaters, restaurants, museums, department stores and night clubs are all sitting on your door step, just a few minutes walk away.

Have all the creature comforts and safety of home in your own quiet, luxurious apartment whilst enjoying everything London life has to offer. Look out of living room and you will see the iconic BT Tower in front of you. At the end of the road in one direction is Oxford Street (shopping heaven!) and in the other direction is the beautiful Regents Park. A better, more central and accessible London location is hard to imagine.

The flat is located on a quiet, one way, residential street running parallel to Great Portland Street with its numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. There are gyms and a Bikram hot yoga studio just round the corner. For cricket lovers even Lord's Cricket Ground is within walking distance. This peaceful residential oasis sits right in the heart of everything London has to offer, yet remains wonderfully free from unwanted noise and late night revelers when you want to relax and sleep after a hard days sightseeing.

The Apartment:

We have redecorated and refurbished from top to bottom to a five star standard with a brand new designer kitchen, luxury carpets throughout, handmade bed and seating for up to ten in the large queen size living room (22ft x14ft).

The bedroom houses a fabulous, hand made, king size bed with luxury 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and a memory foam mattress for a wonderful nights sleep. All bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom provides both a bath tub and a shower facility.

This luxury apartment has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It is therefore only suitable for a maximum of two adults and is not appropriate for children. It is a non smoking, no pet property.

Transport:

The apartment is so well located that you will generally only need your feet to get around. If you find yourself getting tired just jump into a London Black cab or hop onto a double decker bus or the London Underground to take you further afield.

All the London Underground lines (known as ‘The Tube’) are easily accessible, with Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Goodge Street Tube Stations located about five minutes walk from the flat. If you fancy overground travel to get a better look around, buses to the whole of the rest of London are available on Oxford Street. The mainline London railway stations of Euston and Kings Cross are five and ten minutes away in a cab respectively. If you are traveling from Heathrow airport you can take the Paddington Express into central London and be at the flat in less than thirty minutes.

Hello I'm Mary and I'm very glad to be welcoming you to our London apartment. We have taken great pride in refurbishing and redecorating the property for your luxury and convenience. You will find everything has been chosen with care and attention to both quality and aesthetics. The apartment is light, pristine clean, free of clutter, luxuriously comfortable and serenely peaceful. Step outside and you are in the very heart of London's West End with everything you could wish for at your fingertips. The dual aspects of peace and luxury on the inside and everything London has to offer on the outside is a unique combination for an extraordinary London vacation or business trip. We are sure you will relish and enjoy this fabulous apartment as much as we do.

The apartment couldn't be better located for London's West End shopping, theaters, restaurants and art galleries. W1 is London's most central West End postcode with everything you could wish for just a few moments walk away. With Oxford Street, Regent Street, Soho, Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square and London’s theater district just round the corner, this beautiful flat is perfectly situated for you to get the most out of your London stay.

The apartment has all new appliances i.e. microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, single oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer and even a Vita mix for your morning smoothie. Free high speed wi fi is available and a stereo system with I pod/I phone dock. Apple chargers for I pads, I phones and Mac Laptops are also provided as well as a brand new, powerful hairdryer with diffuser. There is a large flat screen Sony Bravia TV and DVD Player for cosy nights in and you can also access many free films and TV programs on your laptop through BBC I Player.

What makes this apartment unique

Fitzrovia W1 was once home to writers such as Virginia Woolf and George Bernard Shaw. More recently it has become a popular destination for celebrities like Lady Gaga, who recently purchased an apartment in Fitzrovia so that she no longer has to stay in hotels when she comes to town. Madonna previously owned a townhouse here which she shared with Guy Ritchie who has, since the break up, bought two mansions in Fitzrovia which he is combining into one house. Numerous media companies and the headquarters of the BBC are based in the area which feeds into its wonderful, vibrant, celebrity filled buzz.

Recommendations for local restaurants and bars.

There are so many restaurants to try in the area and so many different cuisines we wouldn't want to limit your exploration, however here are a few that we thoroughly enjoy.

For breakfast try the Riding House Cafe on Great Titchfield Street itself. We choose to go early because it can get very busy during the lunchtime and evening periods as it is so close to the BBC headquarters, but for breakfast and a bit of celebrity spotting it can be a good place.

There is also a lovely fish restaurant called Back to Basics, at 21 Foley Street. Also the Thai River on Foley Street, just before the fish restaurant, has very good food and is great if you want a quiet meal.

If you are really in the mood for something special and don't mind splashing out we can highly recommend the Langham Hotel for afternoon tea. (n.b. not to be confused with the Langham Court Hotel opposite the Yorkshire Grey Pub on Langham Street) It will cost you £40 per head but it's an experience well worth doing. The Langham Hotel bar is also a brilliant place to go for an evening drink, it's twice the price of a London pub but it’s a wonderful experience and really worth a visit. Get a seat at the bar and watch the highly professional bar tenders mix cocktails like a cabaret!

We booked for a last-minute vacation tagged onto work travel, so with little time to plan we were very pleased with how quickly our hostess responded and how thorough her information was (both the practical ‘how tos’ and ideas for local restaurants and entertainment).Checking in and out was quick and easy. The flat is very clean, spacious and attractive (with a great kitchen). It was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day's sightseeing, especially with soaks in the deep bathtub and the comfortable bed. We also appreciated the special touches like the thick towels, excellent wireless service, the long Apple cord with UK-plug charger which I badly needed for my US iPad, the blow dryer, the umbrella, instructions for appliances and heating, etc. The flat is in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. It is also within easy walking distance from several Tube stations and Marylebone High Street's boutiques and gourmet restaurants and groceries (the Fromagerie was a big favorite).
