My parents spent a very special week staying in Mary's beautiful flat in London. They have been to the city many times over the years and this was without a doubt one of their most memorable visits. The flat could not be more centrally and conveniently located or more carefully and aesthetically appointed; it is a wonderfully energizing and comfortable space. Mary was incredibly prompt in all her correspondence, and even though she was away during the days of their visit, the arrangements were impeccable and seamless, and she was most gracious and understanding. It has been a privilege and joy to have had this experience. My parents would be delighted to have an opportunity to stay in this flat again, but I hope I can get to London even sooner! Thank you! My experience in renting Mary's flat was above and beyond! A wonderfully spacious and clean apartment on a very safe, quiet street in Central London. Perfectly convenient in proximity to the theaters of the West End as well as shopping and dining on Oxford Street. The flat had all the amenities needed to feel like home. I slept like a baby on her super-comfortable memory foam bed! Mary was a joy to deal with from beginning to end: accommodating, great communication, and provided a helpful list of information with suggestions of places to eat, etc. I am so grateful to have found this lovely flat! This apartment is amazing! Mary was very friendly and managed to be here to welcome me, give me the keys and show me around. The location of the flat, 5 minutes from Oxford Circus and still in a very quiet environment is incredible and I truly had a nice stay out there. I would recommend it without any doubt. April 2012.

This was our first booking and it couldn't have been easier or more enjoyable. We booked for a last-minute vacation tagged onto work travel, so with little time to plan we were very pleased with how quickly our hostess responded and how thorough her information was (both the practical ‘how tos’ and ideas for local restaurants and entertainment).Checking in and out was quick and easy. The flat is very clean, spacious and attractive (with a great kitchen). It was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day's sightseeing, especially with soaks in the deep bathtub and the comfortable bed. We also appreciated the special touches like the thick towels, excellent wireless service, the long Apple cord with UK-plug charger which I badly needed for my US iPad, the blow dryer, the umbrella, instructions for appliances and heating, etc. The flat is in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. It is also within easy walking distance from several Tube stations and Marylebone High Street's boutiques and gourmet restaurants and groceries (the Fromagerie was a big favorite). Thanks so much, Mary! The flat helped make this a really special vacation for us and we would love to stay there next time we're in London! April 2012.
