House Gabriele is a dream for those who want to enjoy a care-free vacation in a modern and comfortably furnished house. The house was newly furnished in 2004 and has a stunning slope location. It has 150 m2 of living space on three levels with a total of 8 sleeping spaces and 2 children beds with rails. A 750 m2 large property includes a patio and additional balconies with about 34 m2 of space invite you to relax in the healthy Black Forest air in the elevated spa region of Dittishausen. It has a light-flooded 40 m² living/dining area with entrance to south facing patio and balcony, a modern eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic countertops and pantry. In the bathroom, there is a corner bathtub, 2 sinks and a shower. On the ground floor is a 30 m² living/bedroom with an additional kitchenette, WC/shower and entrance to the garden patio with a large lawn. Washing machine and dryer can be found in a separate utility room. Pets are not allowed.

Dittishausen is a small village by the sky and almost a secret tip - between Titisee-New City and Donauschingen. Without through traffic and still easy to reach - the location is a central starting point for excursions to Bodensee, Switzerland and France. Only 30 km separate the village from the stunning ski region of Feldberg with its many lifts and slopes and only 60 km to the southern mild wine region of Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the off season (all months other than July, August and the Christmas season) the price depends upon the number of guests. For a booking with only 2 people, the house costs 49 Euro. Each extra person is charged with 10 Euro, the highest amount is 97 Euro. Upon departure, a final cleaning fee of 57 Euro (up to 6 people) and more than 6 people (77 Euro). Children up to 5 years old are free - from 4-10 for 5 Euro.
  • When editing the rental contract, we charge a 18 Euro processing fee. Further utility costs do not occur. Bed sheets can be brought with or rented. They cost 7 Euro per set and towels are 3 Euro per person.
  • Furthermore, we have to charge 1.40 Euro per adult/day and 0.90 Euro (8-14 years) per child/day for visitor's tax; this is collected by the city of Löffingen. During 06.01.09 - 23.05.09/ 19.09.09 - 19.12.09 the special '14 = 12' and '7 = 6' are valid. Starting with a stay of more than 14 days, every third day is free. Furthermore, entrance to the public indoor pool is also included during this time.

Wutachschlucht: The dream house of Gabriele is located about 6 km from the famous hiking area of Wutachschlucht. The over-powering landscape with romantic gorges and forests is a wild river valley and one of the highlights in the upper Black Forest. This gorge is a geological attraction. Also worth mentioning are the numerous karst formations, doline formations and petrifactions. Fauna and flora are unique in this region. An unforgettable paradise for every hiker!

Kirnbergsee: About 4 km away you will find a small reservoir - Kirnbergsee. The lake is perfect for swimming during the summer and for ice skating during the winter. You can hike around it during all seasons. You can also fish at Kirnbergsee.

Ein wunderschones Haus, das gut und modern eingerichtet ist. Sehr sauber und an vielen Kleinigkeiten ist gedacht. Wir haben wunderschone Tagen verbracht im Traumhaus Gabriele.
