Enclosed lone-standing holiday home about 80 m2, with covered terrace and garden - Our well-kept holiday home is about 50 km south of Budapest, somewhat outside of the city of Rackeve by Szigetbecse, directly on the non-shippable 'small Danube', an estuary from the larger Danube. If you love 'pure nature', water, swimming, fishing, rowing, rest and relaxation (unwinding), painting, drawing, photography - then you will love it here. Since the small Danube is regulated through locks and the water is calm, swimming is safe for children as well. Through a dock you can get to the swimming platform and to the water. The house has a beautiful garden with an outdoor grill area. Additionally, there are 2 bicycles, a rubber boat and a lot more. The house is fully equipped and is separated into a living-dining room, (fireplace oven) kitchen, bathroom (shower, sink, WC, washing machine) and the bedrooms. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the water.

You can reach Rackeve (Szigetbecse) by car through the AB M1 from Györ-Budapest; about 30 km before Budapest on the AB M0 turn towards Szeged (outer ring), go past the Danube bridge and take the exit to Rackeve (right). Always follow the signs for Rackeve! From Rackeve, drive further into the village of Szigetbecse. In the middle of the village there will be a long right curve by a restaurant (yellow house, red roof), turn left towards the Danube. Follow the street until a dam. You will drive over the dam and then right from the Danube, keep straight (about 4.5 km) to Dunaso-kiralyreet-Straße to house 111. 'Welcome to the Donauidyll cottage!' You will receive detailed instructions.

Beach Szigetbecse and bistro (large garden terrace, near Janos, inexpensive food). During the winter, ice skating on the frozen Danube. About 85 km to Lake Balaton. A hospital in Rackeve for emergencies; dentist. Very important: they understand German!

Attractions: Szigetbecse: photo museum (Andree Kertesz house), Catholic church, walks through the village. Rackeve: castle hotel (exhibitions), Catholic and Evangelical (reformed) church, orthodox church (oldest church in Hungary, very attractive), boat market (largest market in Hungary on Wednesday and Saturday), Danube bridge, Danube park and other interesting things.

Shopping facilities: Szigetbecse: small market by the yellow house - and right along the corner is Eddas Store. Barbershop. Rackeve: Wednesday and Saturday = market day, Penny, Plus, Coop, Lidl, Schlecker, DM pharmacy, bakery, butcher and a lot more.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses und der Lage sowie Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind durch den Vermieter sehr gut erfolgt .
Die Anreise ist einfach und das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet .
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist genau richtig und wer Angler ist umso mehr .Man sollte allerdings schon naturverbunden sein und die Natur lieben , denn davon hat man reichlich . Wasser , Tier - und Pflanzenwelt sind beeindruckend , und vom Wasser aus umso schöner .
Ein Fahrzeug ist unbedingt notwendig , da Shops und Gastronomie mindestens 5 km entfernt sind .
Für Ausflüge und Informationen kann man sich an den Betreuer vor Ort wenden , der einem immer weiterhelfen kann .

Wer mehr wissen will sollte hinfahren , denn es lohnt sich .!

sehr schönes haus,dass der beschreibung entspricht.super nette und freundliche nachbarn,die einem immer mit rat und tat zur seite stehen.betreuung vor ort war klasse.ohne auto aber nicht zu empfehlen,da alles min.5km weit entfernt ist. ansonsten erhohlung pur!

Das Ferienhaus ist toll. Die Terrasse bietet einen fantastischen Blick über die "kleine Donau". Das Haus ist sehr sauber und auch einfach zu finden. Sehr geeignet zum Ausspannen und Erhohlen!
Wir, das ist eine Familie mit 4 Kindern, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!!

Tolles Landhaus, wer die Ruhe genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig.(Anglerparadies)
Im Naturschutzgebiet Szigetbecse kann man noch Landschaft erleben wie selten irgendwo.
Angenehme (deutschsprechende) Nachbarn und Ansprechpartner sind jederzeit vorhanden.
Thermalbad ist in der nächstliegenden Stadt (ca. 20 km).
Ruhe und Natur Pur, ich fahre gerne wieder hin.

ist ein gepflegtes gut eingerrichtes ferienhaus.
sehr empfehlenswert für urlauber die ruhe und entspannen
möchten
der vermieter hat gute angaben zum haus so wie auch eine
gute wegbeschreibung geliefert
auch war ein ansprechpartner vorort der jeder zeit erreichbar war
rundum es ist ein gelungenes feriendomizil
kann man nur weiterempfehlen
