Terraced villa to rent in the residential set Guadiana Golf, in Costa Esuri, Ayamonte (Huelva). The residential set has parking, two swimming-pools and landscaped area. It is surrounded by two golf courses. The villa has two floors, a small garden, a sun lounge on ground floor, a balcony on first floor and a drying place on ground floor. It consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms on first floor and a toilet on ground floor, a sitting-room with TV set, a furnished kitchen with a drying place and a balcony on first floor and a sun lounge on ground floor. It has a parking. The villa has a capacity for 5 people. Bedrooms: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with twin beds and another one with a single bed and a supplementary bed on first floor. All of them have built-in cupboards. Bathrooms: two full bathrooms on first floor and a toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen: furnished kitchen with drying place, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric cooker.

Costa Esuri is 2 km from Ayamonte and 15 minutes by car from the Algarve, in the south of Portugal, and is surrounded by a natural landscape, close to the mouth of Guadiana river. It is placed on the Atlantic coast of Andalusia and their closer beaches are Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, where you can practise windsurf and kite surf. Seville is 190 from Ayamonte and Jerez, 180km. the Atlantic coast of Andalusia has some of the most largest beaches and it is surrounded by lots of typical white villages on the seaside or in the countryside.
