Beach house one and a half blocks from the beach. Enjoy the 'salt life' at the beach, surf and sun, fishing, or kayaking. Family beaches with snack shack, play ground, and miles of sandy beach.

Amenities: A porch, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, Central Air, private back yard with BBQ grill and outdoor shore.

There are lots to do in Manasquan; stroll the cute downtown shopping area, restaurants, and nightlife.

New Jersey Monthly magazine ranked Manasquan as its 22nd best place to live in its 2008 rankings of the 'Best Places To Live' in New Jersey.

Hi my name is Dionne and I love the Jersey Shore. I have two kids. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I have tried to make this home something you'd hate to leave once you get there! It's fill with love, hope, and joy. With all the comforts of home.

Cute bungalow--such an easy and quick walk to the beach! Comfortable living room to hang out in. Appreciated the two bathrooms! Front porch is small so can't accommodate more than a couple of people (comfortably) if preference is to sit out front on a front porch and read, socialize, etc. Owner is very pleasant and helpful in navigating the area!!
Enjoyed some great dinners out (Remington's in Manasquan is awesome!)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway

The listing description accurately portrayed the appearance and amenities of the cottage as well as the location. The owner was very helpful in responding to any issues that arose about the cottage. The cottage is within walking distance of Sea Watch Beach which is exactly where I wanted to be. Restaurants that I can highly recommend include Maria's Colonial Inn for Italian food, Center Market for sandwiches and Daniel's Bistro in Point Pleasant for an upscale dining experience.
