The HUGE master bedroom has a top of the line king size bed with plush pillow top mattress, No need to light candle here LED lighting surrounds entire bedroom recessed into the crown molding. A 32' flat screen LED TV too. The walk in closet is spacious. The private master bath is fabulous with granite counter tops, large double sink with a SPA SHOWER that you may never want to leave!
The second bedroom has queen size pillow top mattresses, a closet with ample space, 32' flat screen HD/TV.
The Elegant kitchen has all GRANITE counters fully equipped . It Is all here appliances, dish washer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender for those margaritas or smoothies. All glassware including wine glasses, flatware and dinnerware, china are ALL provided as well as cookware and bake ware.
The GREAT room has a 55 'LED TV and Electric fireplace too. The great room has a Full size sofa and love seat, surround sound, DVD/CD player, Radio and hook up for mp3/iPod players so come relax and DE-stress.

All blankets, linens, sheets, bath, dish towels INCLUDING beach towels so pack lite. The heated Indoor pool that overlooks the Lake is connected to the community kitchen and dining area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and all disability accessible with well lit parking and secured entry into the building and condo unit.
Relax on your private covered balcony while taking in one of Lake Erie’s magnificent, awe-inspiring sunsets. Watch for the green flash you get from the perfect sunset. Relax in the outdoor lake patio area on comfortable plush outdoor furniture or walk down the 100 feet long fishing pier and perch fish right there.
This is Walleye capital of the world. Lake Erie is well known for its world class walleye and perch fishing. The Geneva State Park Marina is three mile to the West and has top notch boating services including overnight dock-age, trailer storage, launching ramps, and fish cleaning service. If you don't bring your boat just book your chartered fishing trip at one of the many charter boats available. We can assist you with this and any other information upon request. Across the street from Lake Erie Vista is Indian Creek Resort with mini golf, ice cream store, bar, restaurant and much more.
Lake Erie Vista’s building is a private residence and their home. It is “Home” to many owners. It is not a commercial motel/hotel operation; each and every homeowner here maintains not only their unit but also, the public facilities. To maintain this property and the safety of all, the Lake Erie Vista Condominium Association has adopted the following rules that you must abide by. Your initials at each rule and your signature at the end of the page attests that you and your party are informed of the rules will comply with these rules.
_______1. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times. No child under age 14 is to use the exercise equipment.
_______2. You must stay within the pier rails and stay off of break wall rocks. Jumping/diving off the pier, dangling over the pier rails or playing on break wall is prohibited.
_______3. You/your guests swim at their own risks in the pool and lake. There is no lifeguard. Do not dive into the lake or pool. Do not swim without a capable partner and do not swim in the lake when there are white caps on the waves.
_______4. No running allowed in building, around pool or patio.
_______5. You risk eviction and forfeiture of all monies should you allow any persons on the premises of Lake Erie Vista other than those occupants listed in your rental agreement.
_______6. Quiet hours are from 10 pm- 8 am within and outside of the building. Please have respect for others
concerning voices, music and general noise during these hours.
_______7. The pool is open to tenants from 8am- 8pm.
_______8. The cost of any damage done to the property and furnishings in both the unit and public areas of the building will be deducted from the security/damage deposit. If additional damage beyond the deposit is found, you will be responsible for paying additional damages. Use the facilities, the equipment, the furnishings and appliances as they were intended to be used.
______ 9. You will forfeit your damage deposit for smoking in the building or unit. Provide your own ashtrays or means of disposing with cigarette butts. Do not throw butts on beach, grounds or planters.
______10. Pets are NOT allowed. You will forfeit your damage deposit if you bring a pet onto the grounds.
______11. A dumpster for trash is provided on the east side of the parking lot. Do not leave trash/garbage bags in public areas. Do not use waste receptacles in lobby, entrance, pool or patio for unit trash. Place trash inside the dumpster, not on top of the lids, after placing trash in the dumpster, close the lids.
______12. Please rinse the sand off before you go into the pool using the hose on the east side of the patio provided so that others can enjoy a clear and clean pool, too.
______13. Parking is limited to two vehicles in parking lot; one space per vehicle. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
______14. The grills, beach chairs, patio chairs/table and fire pits are provided for your use. (Firewood can be purchased across the street). Return property to its place in good repair and clean up area you used.
______15. The balcony rails must be kept clear of people and items. Do not sit/straddle the rail. Do not hang towels from the rail.
______16. Hallways must be kept clear. No equipment or bikes can be stored in hallways. Bikes can be locked on the racks provided at the entrance and east side of building.
I have reviewed the rules above, will inform my party of these rules and agree to comply with the rules stated above. Failure to abide by rules may result in forfeiture of security deposit. By paying through VRBO or HomeAway or others you agree and e-sign.

Best place you can stay in area. Nothing else compares to the amenities views and luxury provided at Lake Erie Vista. Only 55 minutes to Cleveland or 50 minutes to Erie, PA. Spectacular sunsets and some of the friendliest people on Earth are here.
#209 in Lake Erie Vista is a brand new approx. 1250 sq ft. of living space including a 90 sq ft. of private balcony. Miniature Golf Course water fall and amphitheater Fishing pier, private beach, indoor pool and so much more.
Place was beautiful!
It was our first time staying there.
Reservations could have been a little easier/better? Had to wait alittle too long to hear from owner.
But Scott upgraded us to a beautiful 3 place!
Loved the view of the frozen lake!
It was only 15min from our Daughters Volleyball tournament at Spire.
Would definitely stay again.
When we travel, we look forward to seeing what the accommodations look like. We also bring a satellite radio. Scott's place, the room was great, but we could not get a signal (no matter how hard we tried.) We called Scott for advice, and he was kind enough to offer to move us to his penthouse unit on the 4th floor. We were floored by how beautiful the unit was, and we couldn't move our stuff up there fast enough, and the radio worked perfect.This is a great example of the kindness, and friendliness we encountered the whole stay. Scott did not have to do this, and just shows us that there is still people who put the customers first. Thanks, Scott we had a great time and will always remember your kindness.
View was nice, unit was spacious, owner was responsive. Only reason I gave 4* was because the night we arrived power was out and it was in the teens so by the next morning the unit was really cold. Power was turned back on and we enjoyed our stay. If we do come back to Lake Geneva, we would definitely look this property up to see if it were available.
Our stay was fantastic!! The property was top of the line and the view was so beautiful! Scott was so nice and responded to us quickly on the few small problems upon arrival. Scott gave us a very good deal on an extra night stay and we will be back for sure. The pictures do not do this place justice. My adult children and my younger 12 year old all had so much fun! There is a lot to do around the property in walking distance. We didn't want to leave. They even have a very nice area on the beach with picnic tables and a place to build a fire. We had a nice dinner on the beach and enjoyed a fire. There is a place right up the road at a campgrounds to buy firewood very inexpensive. The pool was nice as well but we spend most of our time on the beach enjoying a wonderful view.
We visited Geneva on the Lake for 3 days and stayed at Scott's Condo. It was perfect for what we were looking to do! I have a handicapped sister who is wheelchair bound and that was our biggest concern. The condo was perfect for that. The doorways were wide enough to accommodate the wheelchair and the master bath was easy enough get her in and out of.
The balcony was small and is not a direct view of the lake but comfortable. We had to go to the patio to get a great view of the sunsets but that was easy enough to do.
Scott contacted me the morning of our intended arrival and gave us all the details we needed by text message. That worked out great because everything was on my phone.
If you are looking to do a girls weekend or a couple's getaway this place is perfect. The wineries are nearby and we look forward to coming back.
A great time in a relaxing condo. Plenty of things to do nearby. Indoor swimming pool was priceless due to rain and unusually cold weather for July. Beautiful views!
