Spacious, sunny, newly renovated & high ceilings in the middle of the most vibrant part of Manhattan! A gem like this is so difficult to find! There are 2 large bedrooms, the kitchen is huge with a lot of space for cooking, and the bathroom is also spacious, especially for Manhattan! There is also a living room with a couch. It is located on the top floor of an elevator building, and just a few extra steps take you to the rooftop with an unimaginably beautiful view of the city. And there is laundry in the building! This is a package that is just so impossible to find in lower Manhattan--you're right in the middle of the fun and action, yet tucked away on a quiet, peaceful and beautiful tree-lined street!

Each bedroom has a double bed that sleeps two, there is a futon couch in the living that sleeps two, and there is an extra double mattress that can go in one of the bedrooms as well.

Welcome to the beautiful East Village! This is the center of the best cafes, restaurants, bars and nightlife in NYC. There is a great energy and vibrancy that you cannot find anywhere else. I would love to offer you a gorgeous apartment to experience the best part of Manhattan as a true New Yorker.

This area of East Village is fun, energetic, and cute..but is also more laid back and quiet than the noise and bustle of the rest of the city. The lovely and unique Tompkins Square park is steps away. Subway lines L, F, and 6 are nearby, as well as several different bus lines.
