The Founders Condo at Cap Cana is a 5700 sq. ft., five bedroom, five and a half bathroom condominium that comfortably sleeps 10 adults. The unit is steps from the beach located in the vibrant Cap Cana Marina.

The Cap Cana Marina is the largest in the Caribbean and a hub of activity filled with restaurants, shops and a signature gym and salon. The Founders Condo has beautiful views of Juanillo Bay to the southeast and is minutes from Cap Cana's prized Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course, Punta Espada. The PGA Champions Tour held a tournament at Punta Espada for three (3) consecutive years (2008, 2009 & 2010). It also has been ranked as the #1 Golf Course in the Caribbean or Mexico by Golf Week Magazine for the past three (3) years. H

The Founders Condo is also minutes from the Caleton Beach Club, The Golden Bear Lodge, Juanillo Beach Club and The Fishing Lodge. You will have access to the exclusive Founders Pool and Beach. A free luxurious resort shuttle will take you anywhere in Cap Cana. The resort is a 10 minute drive from the Punta Cana (PUJ) Airport. Across from the airport is Punta Cana Village Shopping & Restaurant Center.

The condominium is two levels with a gourmet kitchen and a large great room that has an attached outdoor terrace with an outdoor dining room. All five bedrooms are en-suite with one of the bedrooms having an outdoor shower. The upstairs terrace has a hot-tub with views of Juanillo Bay. The live-in maid will launder your linens and your personal items daily. The maid’s quarters are en-suite, attached to the laundry room and have a separate entrance.

Our personal property manager will oversee the property and maid and will have the house stocked with all of your grocery and beverage needs upon your arrival. A chef, cook, butler/driver, as well as additional servants can also be obtained if needed.

The Founders Condo is fully equipped with high-speed internet access, surround-sound stereo with iPod connection(inside and outside), wine fridge, 58-inch flat screen TV and a large Weber grill. The resort has paths throughout for walking, running and biking. We entertain our family (5 sons, 4 daughter-in-laws, 4 grand kids) and friends here often.

CAP CANA RESORT is 30,000 square acres making it the largest Master Planned Resort in the Caribbean. Cap Cana also boasts the largest inland Marina in the Caribbean. The beaches have baby powder soft light sand and the water current is suitable for a relaxing swim. There are a dozen terrific upscale restaurants on premises, plus a few casual places.

About Maria Kurd

We are from New Hampshire and spend our summers on Lake Winnepesaukee and our winters in Cap Cana. We have five sons, 4 daugher-in-laws and 4 (soon to be 6) grandchildren.

We visited Cap Cana in 2003 during the inital launch of the resort. We immediately fell in love with the wonderful people, beautiful beaches and spectacular golf course.

Excellent Experience down in the DR

We rented this marina front condo for the first week of December. This was our first time down in the DR and between the condo's location and its very comfortable feel due to the owner's decorating - we had an amazing experience. The beach is steps away with a water view while golf, tennis, restaurants, and a gym are all close-by. Definitely recommend this for any family or sets of couples who are looking for a relaxing and top-notch experience in the Caribbean.

Paradise!!

Stayed at this condo (its not really a condo-- its enormous and comfortably housed all 13 of my family) over the holidays. Fabulous location, beautifully decorated, immaculate. We chose this rental because we wanted access to the exclusive founders beach and pools and we are so glad we did! They are a minutes walk away and gorgeous as well.

We also liked that we could walk down to the marina (which is like a city in Italy) and have lunch or dinner or take the water taxi over to the fishing lodge village for other options where to eat or have a drink out.

If you are a golfer, well, its breathtaking and the course is wonderfully challenging. All the caddies are scratch players.

The shuttle is available 24/7 to take you anywhere you want. Caleton Beach, golf, horse back riding, etc.

Owners were wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with all our requests. The maid was fabulous- didnt even know she was there but the house stayed so clean! We will back!!!!!!

Fantastic condo

The fun started the moment we arrived at the airport, with the thatch roof and local music; it is out of a movie. Getting to Cap Cana was very easy, less than 10 minutes by car. We were sitting down with a cocktail, all of the doors open and a steady breeze coming off the marina, within 30 minutes from leaving the airport. The unit is actually bigger than it seemed from the photos, and is in pristine condition.
Having the live-in maid was AMAZING. She was so helpful, as long as you know a few spanish words (I mostly used google translate to bridge the gaps!) The property manager was great (fluent in English) with stocking the fridge and also getting us a nanny for a few days. We didn't take advantage of chef/butler services, but we were very happy with the nanny.
Although it was nice to walk steps to a pool and beach, I highly recommend at least one day at the Caleton beach club just a few minutes away. It is well worth packing up what you need for a few hours and heading over, beaches don't get better than that.
We had a great time and will definitely return. You can't get anything like this in the States.

My extended family and I rented this marina front condo for the holidays-- what a gem! The condo was spacious with en suite bedrooms, perfect for multiple couples or families. The location is right in the marina with restaurants, shops, beach and pool all at our fingertips. The owners were very helpful in providing us with information on what the resort had to offer (golf, tennis, fishing, go carts, etc). We will certainly be returning!
