Meticulously renovated, one-bedroom apartment in historic brownstone. Fully furnished and beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartment on ground floor of home boasts Italian tile floors throughout full-sized bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room, W/D, AC, DW, built-in microwave, incredible sunlight and top of the line furniture, furnishings & bedding. Lovely landscaped garden surrounded by wrought-iron fence off of living room. ALL utilities included: WiFi, electric, gas, water, cable & security system. Weekly maid service available upon request.

Guests need only arrive with clothing & personal items to begin enjoying a luxury hotel-suite living experience.

My home is one block from the Metro on a lovely tree-lined block with immediate access to restaurants, shopping and grocery. All of Washington's most visited and stunning sites are on the Metro line within just a few short stops from the house.

Columbia Heights is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood that has an eclectic mix of many ages, cultures, and income levels. It boasts a beautiful mix of turn of the century & 1920’s architecture as well as a mix of big box shopping & national restaurant chains. The neighborhood also has many independent, small restaurants and a very close proximity to DC’s other well-known, popular neighborhoods via, Metro, taxi, bus or by foot.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was our first visit to DC. The place was clean and cozy. We wanted for nothing. Danny was so kind and eager to provide whatever information we might have needed. We rented bikes for 24 hours which I highly recommend, the best way to sell all the sights at the times you want to see them!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for our very first trip to DC adn this property was fabulous!!! Not only was Danny AWESOME to work with, but the apartment was even better than shown in the pictures. Super clean, definitely more than enough room for the both of us, plus we loved having our own washer and dryer. Plus, the neighborhood is incredible! Literally a 3 minute walk to the metro, we were close enough to all the tourist attractions but loved coming back to the neighborhood for it's charm. And only a short walk to Adam's Morgan, which was very cool!

All in all, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay in DC but wants great quality as well.

Danny's apartment was lovely and just as described. It was in a nice part of Columbia Heights and just a very short walk to the Metro. Danny was extremely nice and personable. This place made our trip to D.C. the best!

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Owner

Two of us needed a place to stay while relatives were in town using our own condo. We needed something last minute and we are so glad to have found this little gem. It is convenient to everything - metro, bus routes, grocery store and restaurants.
The listing and pictures were very accruate and the price was very reasonable. The property was super clean and very well maintained - all the ameneties you could possibly need.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night.
We highly recommend this to condo.

Great Apartment and Location

Myself and a two family members stayed in the apartment while sightseeing in December and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very nicely furnished and was clean and well cared for. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the sites for the day. We purchased groceries at the nearby grocery and cooked many of our own meals in the apartment. The metro is one block away and was extremely convenient to access the rest of DC. We were visiting family outside of the city during part of our trip so we did have a rental car we parked conveniently in the nearby Target garage for a fee; however, a car is not required to access all the sites of DC from the apartment location. The owner, Danny, was very courteous and friendly and I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a place to call home while staying in DC.
