This charmingly decorated, sunny bungalow is a 12 minute walk to the heart of downtown Brevard and three blocks from the Brevard Music Center. A vine covered arbor, private front patio and antique carved front door welcome guests to a special place to relax and decompress.
Fully equipped home, with everything you need for a relaxing get-away. Gas grill for BBQ. Both a tranquil front patio and a full lower deck with patio table & seating for 6. Unwind in the deck hammock with a beautiful scenic view! .
Guests will enjoy the privacy of the mountain bungalow only steps away from everything downtown Brevard has to offer. Listen to the birds, sip morning coffee and watch the sun rise from the patio before shopping downtown or hiking to one of Transylvania county’s many waterfalls. The house is also a base to explore the miles of hiking and mountain biking trails and fly fishing streams in and around Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest.

Bungalow guests will have the best in premium service from The Red House Inn. While breakfast is not included for Bungalow guests, your stay does includes freshly roasted Red House Inn coffee from The Brown Bean, and we recommend picking up artisan pastries and breads from Bracken Mountain Bakery so you can enjoy breakfast at your leisure.
The kitchen includes service for 6 and necessary cooking utensils with microwave and dishwasher. A stroll to town will yield fresh local produce, bread, wine, meat and dairy for a home cooked meal. Brevard’s Tailgate Market, Bracken Mountain Bakery and The Proper Pot are within walking distance as are many choices for dining out.

1. One-level living
An economical option for a single guest or couple who don’t need a whole house but are looking for space and privacy.

Includes a bright and sunny bedroom with KING bed, a full bath with shower / tub combo and skylight, living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher. From the upper driveway, this option offers one-level living – no stairs. (There is also access to the tiled laundry area downstairs–perfect for storing bikes or hanging waders. The lower level also has a walk out to a large open deck with seating for 6 and a hammock for enjoying the view.)
$200 per night for the main level, 1-2 guests. *No cleaning fee
*Downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are not rented separately.
2. Reserve both levels
In addition to the main level, add two more bedrooms and one bath downstairs. $50 nightly for each additional bedroom.

Both options include wireless internet, a TV in the living room with digital cable and a DVD player, board games, books and central air conditioning/heat. There is no land line phone in the Bungalow so guests should bring a cell phone.
The Bungalow is a special vacation rental. Guests staying at the Bungalow will enjoy the added privacy of the house but also continue to benefit from the Red House Inn service. Guests arrive to beds freshly made with Comphy sheets and bathrooms stocked with Turkish Towel bath linens and Gilchrist and Soames bath amenities.
