Our condo is a two bedroom 2.25 bath condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and bath. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a bath in the hall. There is also a futon in the den area and the front room has a sleeper sofa.
It is a third floor end unit so it has a lot of light, with windows on four sides, and no noise from neighbors or parking lot. There is no elevator but we all need the exercise..
The condo complex has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Plus our condo complex has four bikes that you can use, if no one else is using them and they are in great shape, four adults and one child bike...
Our condo is one block from the FREE Summit County bus system and one block from the path system that can take you to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain or Vail on your bike or walking. We have a stream on each side of the condo complex and we are in a very quiet area of town, on the West end of Main street.
We are also within easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants in downtown Frisco. There is also a speciality grocery store one block away. You also have a large marina for boating activities during the summer in Frisco plus a nordic center in town for winter activities..
Moved to Colorado in 2010 from the Midwest (North Dakota/Minnesota) and have been enjoying the mountain life ever since. Proud to be an NDSU graduate!
I teach and Coach in Colorado Springs but love to get away to the mountains when I can.
My parents and siblings are excited to come and visit and enjoy the outdoors that Colorado has to offer.
This is one of the few complexes in Frisco with an indoor pool and hot tub, which is very beneficial all year around especially in the winter.
It is very close to hiking, mountain biking, trail running, skiing, fishing and downtown Frisco.
We also have an on site manager which is also very beneficial.
For this condo, it's all about location. 1 block to the nearest bus stop for skiing or visiting other towns. 1 block from the bike trail. 3-4 blocks to Downtown Frisco and a short bike ride to Lake Dillon.
