Built five years ago the Villa is finished to a high standard and is set in a beautiful location. It has fantastic views, easy accessibility to shops and restaurants, whilst being in a secluded and quiet location.

Nearest Airport: Malaga or Gibraltar at 70 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 750.0 Metres

The Villa is located in the El Paraiso Valley. The closest town is the lovely traditional Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara. The Beach is a 10 minute walk away. There are many golf courses within a 10 minute drive and you can walk to the local course where preferential rates are available. Just a few minutes drive and you can be in the mountains and away from the bustle of the coast. The old town of Rhonda is certainly worth a day trip. There are many historical towns within day trip distance including Gibraltar and Morocco. For shoppers Marbella is 15 minutes away and for voyeurs and revellers Puerto Banus is an easy cab ride.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required on booking, balance required 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is required and will be refunded within a week.
  • Changeover day is normally Saturday but I will try and accommodate other days and part week rental where practicable. Just ask. Likewise I will negotiate on stays of longer than one week.

Notes: This is my home from home and so it is very comfortable and well equipped. The ground floor comprises formal lounge, dining room and kitchen. Both the lounge and dining room have an external veranda with settees and dining table and chairs and BBQ. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, bathroom and cloakroom. The first floor has master and guest bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, an office and a further large veranda with wide views from the sea to the mountains. The basement has a recreational area which includes settees, TV and Hi-Fi, a further kitchen area, washing machine and drier, billiard table, gym equipment, and toilet/shower room. This has access to the garden and pool. There is also a small double bed settee.
