Very comfortable and conveniently located!

From the beginning, booking this place was incredibly easy. Stefania was very prompt with her replies to my questions, and I really appreciated being able to pay by CC in advance. It made everything hassle free. The apartment is very comfortable, the neighbors are very quiet, we felt very cozy here during our stay. Only one suggestion I might make is maybe for some big floor cushions for the sitting room. It would add seating, without taking away too much space. The window in the sitting room looks out over the back garden and gets morning light, was a great place to sit near with a morning cup of coffee. During our stay I was able to reach Stefania easily, we did have one problem with the heaters, she responded right away and the problem was solved immediately. We really appreciated it! The apartment is located right next to a bus stop, it took less than ten minutes to get to Princes Street. One tip I would suggest is for future guests to download the Lothian bus line app, it really helped not only plan our routes for sightseeing but also let us know the bus times so we didn't have to wait too long for the buses. Very easy and efficient. When exiting the apartment, across the street and to the left was a cute cafe/gift shop we liked quite a lot. Also take some time to walk and hike the nature trails that can be entered from a path to the right of the apartment when exiting. We loved this place, and hope to visit again!

Posizione comodissima. Prezzo fantastico.

L'appartamento si trova a 15 minuti di bus dal centro e la fermata è proprio fuori dalla porta.Comodissimo il supermercato Sainsbury a 5 minuti a piedi dove si trova di tutto.

Le camere hanno le finestre sulla strada per cui non silenziosissimo di notte,si sentono le vibrazioni delle auto ma io ho dormito benissimo. Il piumone è un po' piccolo.

Piccolini i bagni e abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il riscaldamento che inizialmente non andava ma i proprietari sono venuti immediatamente a sistemare il tutto. Poi la casa risulta un po' troppo calda la notte ma dipende dal timer.

Per quello che abbiamo pagato non possiamo certo lamentarci, anzi! L'appartamento era grazioso e aveva tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo consiglio assolutamente. E la gentilezza dei proprietari è impagabile. Se tornerò a Edimburgo starò sicuramente nuovamente in questo appartamento.

A lovely apartment with a good owner

The property is clean and tidy, has plenty of kitchen equipment if needed, there is only one set of stairs to walk up.. Overall a decent place to stay and not so expensive like other places in Edinburgh. The building was quiet too, no bother from neighbours. There is a general store next door and a bus stop over the road that will take you right to princess street (bus 41 or 43). We were met on arrival and posted the keys upon departure. Quick and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Great first time experience

Very comfortable apartment with very close and easy bus stops with buses to Edinburgh. 5 minute walk to a supermarket and great wifi. We had a great stay, and the transaction to book the apartment went very smoothly.

Nice, clean well appointed apartment

The apartment was well suited for our party of 5. It was clean, modern and had a lovely backyard. It was within 15 minutes of downtown. There was a very large Supermarket within walking distance.

The apartment is located in the highly sought after residential area of Blackhall. The city centre is only a 10 minute bus journey from the apartment and there are frequent and direct buses from just outside at all times of the day. If you prefer to walk then it would take approx 20minutes to reach the west end of Princes Street. There is a large retail park only 5 minutes walking distance away with a large supermarket and various other stores. Locally there is a general grocers, dry cleaners, post office and café. Both the train station and airport are easily accessible from the apartment. This apartment is ideal for families, tourists, couples and small groups who would like to be close to the centre but who would also like to enjoy the tranquillity of being away from the hustle and bustle of city centre traffic and chaos.
