NICE, CLEAN WELL APPOINTED APARTMENT

The apartment was well suited for our party of 5. It was clean, modern and had a lovely backyard. It was within 15 minutes of downtown. There was a very large Supermarket within walking distance.

VERY NICE

Very nice. Owner met us and showed us around as well as giving tips for grocery shopping and sight seeing, and using the bus. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. Of all the places we stayed during our 2 week UK/Ireland trip, this place had the best equipped kitchen.
The listing was accurately described. It is a clean, well-maintained property. Stefania provided excellent customer service.

A GREAT FLAT TO STAY FOR A FEW DAYS.

A group of four of us shared the apartment. We were hoping to get it for the weekend but it was booked for the Friday so we were kindly offered just the Saturday for a nightly rate. It is a great functional base to stay when planning a short stay in Edinburgh.

LOVELY

We stayed here over Christmas, and it was wonderful! Stefania was really helpful, and even gave us directions to the apartment when we got lost! Our Children (7 & 9) loved it, and didn't want to leave. We walked into Edinburgh from the apartment. We'd recommend it and we would stay there again. Thanks!

The apartment is located in the highly sought after residential area of Blackhall. The city centre is only a 10 minute bus journey from the apartment and there are frequent and direct buses from just outside at all times of the day. If you prefer to walk then it would take approx 20minutes to reach the west end of Princes Street. There is a large retail park only 5 minutes walking distance away with a large supermarket and various other stores. Locally there is a general grocers, dry cleaners, post office and café. Both the train station and airport are easily accessible from the apartment. This apartment is ideal for families, tourists, couples and small groups who would like to be close to the centre but who would also like to enjoy the tranquillity of being away from the hustle and bustle of city centre traffic and chaos.

A deposit of 25% of the total rent must be paid on booking. This is non-refundable should the booking be cancelled. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of check in date will only be refunded 50% of total balance.
