My wife and I only give 5 stars when on the beach but if there was a rating for 4-1/2, this would be it. Extremely nice place and very convenient. Our trips to Fla have mainly been to Destin but we are discovering Seagrove to be a hidden treasure. You can walk to some nice restaurants, including upscale, pizza parlors, seafood markets and bike rentals from this bungalow, besides the fact a convenience store is within the same area. Place was very clean and roomy. Two other couples joined us during our stay and both said they will bring their families for a future stay. Bottom line is we will be back, especially with the great rental price. Hats off to the owners for a very comfortable place to stay. Two bikes on site and grill were also great and the small lake in front of the unit. 5-6 minute walk to beach was nice with my wife each morning.

This property is perfect!!! We loved all the extras including 2 bikes we used to roam through the neighborhoods and the beachfront sidewalks! The closets had board and card games, movies for rainy moments and included in the unit was a washer and dryer complete with laundry detergent!. So nice to not have to travel with these. These little extras meant a lot to us. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT staff was truly accommodating! Location is perfect-close drive to everything and not in a "loud" conjested area and the hot tub was wthin walking distance. We enjoyed this location and we hope to book this exact condo again. You won't go wrong with this one, Appears professionally decorated and in immaculant condition!

New Years Eve Get Away

What a beautifully decorated unit wtih all the amenities of home included!This was a perfect place to enjoy the beach for NY Eve! Far enough away from the busier sections that it was peaceful in the evenings, yet close enough for a short drive to shopping and restaurants and attractions and close enough to ride the bikes provided. The balcony was great for drinking my coffee while reading a book. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful-yes, even in the winter! We were so comfortable in this unit, we grilled out almost every day and played the board games provided. Everyone we met was very friendly. Brought in the New Year on the beach around a bonfire, watching fireworks, listening to music and eating smores! It was so GREAT, we will make this an annual event here.! I can't say enough about our stay, it was so wonderful! Thanks!

Great place for a bargain price

Nicely furnished in an excellent area of Seagrove. Impressed with flat HD TV's in both upstairs bedrooms and on main floor. Nice balcony on second floor with chairs where my wife enjoyed her morning coffee and reading. We normally ate at the kitchen bar but enjoyed the table for 6 when some of our extended family paid a vsiit during our stay. To us a great bargain price, especially when you see the place, inside and out. Great touch with the two bikes and the grill. You can actually walk to beach, number of restaurants, bike rental and convenience store. We have stayed twice and will be back.
