Everything was perfect and a wonderful safe area. Walking to the walking bridge in Chattanooga is easy and the location is near everything. Perfect.
We could not have asked for more from our 6 week stay in Chattanooga. The house was perfectly clean and so comfortable. Every aspect of the bungalow worked correctly and the beds were very, very comfortable.
The house is old but in great repair, and its age lends to its charm.
The best aspect of this home is its terrific location. You can walk to all the terrific shops and restaurants in the North Shore, enjoy walking across the Walnut Street bridge into downtown Chattanooga without ever getting into your car!
The owner took care of us in all respects, and the very few times we had to get in touch with her she was right back with us instantly.
We will definitely stay at this location on our next trip to Chattanooga. (And by the way, the porch swing is delightful!)
We LOVED it!
My husband and I stayed in the bungalow for 4 nights. While temperatures were in the 90s outside, the house stayed cool. The beds were comfortable and everything worked including the large washer and dryer. We were about 2 blocks from Frazier street, the waterfront park, the walking bridge, great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful & relaxing time. The bungalow was more than accommodating, in fact I don't think we left the front porch one day.
Bungalow is very clean.
Queen bed is very comfortable.
Appliances are up to date and good working order.
Even the steps are good excersise.
My husband and I had a wedding to attend on Signal Mountain and wanted to have some alone time since we wouldn't have the kids. Instead of a hotel, we looked around for nice rental houses. We happened across this one and man were we lucky! It was perfect for our trip! Well maintained, nicely furnished...everything worked properly. It was so close to everything! We even walked to breakfast at Aretha Frankenstein's! We have already recommended it and will definitely come back!
While my family stayed in the Bungalow next door, my mom, stepdad, sister, and her husband stayed in this one for three nights. It was a nice property, bedrooms big, comfortable - it wasn't as nice as ours. This house needs a bigger dining room table - it's too small for the large dining room, fitting only 4. The kitchen is small and a bit cramped. I also was told that the bathroom toilet was too close to the tub to sit down easily. And that the toilet was quite small. I would still recommend this property. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. This bungalow was not renovated like the one next door, but it's still very nice. The porch swing was great. There are 35+ steps from sidewalk to front door.
