Bungalow 323 is conveniently located in the North Shore- just two blocks from Frazier Avenue near the vibrant, revitalized riverfront. Clean, comfortable, and convenient, Bungalow 323 comes complete with ultra-comfortable beds, down comforters & pillows, high thread count linens, & Aveda bath amenities. Two bedrooms, each with one queen bed perfectly accommodates two to four people.

Families & business travelers enjoy the convenient location, comfortable amenities, and fully equipped kitchen. For the cost of a basic downtown hotel room, stay in a two bedroom home with the same conveniences to downtown attractions. Refreshingly simple, lock-box access eliminates waiting in line to check-in and -out, and makes last minute reservations a breeze.

A perfect place to rest & relax while enjoying the sites of Chattanooga. Walk across the Walnut Street Bridge to the beautiful Bluff View Arts District & enjoy a latte & croissant in a quaint, European setting, or, book an afternoon of luxurious spa treatments at Natural Body Spa. Walk to chic restaurants and shops, Coolidge Park, and the spectacular riverfront area. If you would prefer to ride, simply catch the free Electric Shuttle only two blocks from the bungalow.

Next, complete the form on the right and indicate you're ready to make a reservation. You will receive an electronic invoice to be completed online with a credit card. Once payment is processed, you will receive an email with full instructions on accessing the bungalow.

NOTE: Like most homes in the hilly North Shore neighborhood, Bungalow 323 is built on the hillside resulting in a flight of stairs to the front door. Therefore, it is not well suited for the handicapped or elderly.

IMPORTANT: Maximum occupancy of 5 people is strictly enforced by on-site manager. The bungalow is NOT to be used for group events or gatherings. Non-smoking only.

This Bungalow is Beautiful!

My husband and I along with our 2 four legged daughters came to Chattanooga for 10 days for an extended work/other trip. The circumstances around our trip were not the most exciting of things, but this bungalow turned it into the get away we needed and wanted! It was decorated cutely, very clean upon our arrival, and the owner is so wonderful to work with (quick email responder!). The internet worked wonderfully and allowed for both of us to bring our computers and work simultaneously while away, and the cable provided plenty of channels. That was rarely needed because the location on this bungalow is perfect for taking walks to Frazier Avenue to visit shops and restaurants or walk across the bridge to Downtown Chattanooga. This house is a perfect place for a couple looking for romance or a small family looking to enjoy being together without being too far away from the things to do. We enjoyed it so much that we purchased a vacation home down the street to come back to this area as often as we please :-)

Location, location, location!

My husband and I were visiting Chattanooga for a little over a month and were looking for a place to call "home". From our initial contact with the homeowner Tetia, we knew this rental was a perfect match. Tetia made us feel welcomed into her home from the get go. This house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, fully stocked, in a friendly neighbourhood and perfectly located. This house is close to many tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. A large bonus for us was how wonderfully accommodating Tetia was with having us bring our dog, there were no extra fees nor any fuss. We highly recommend this rental! Thank you Tetia for providing us with a "home away from home".

We (two couples) were attending/rowing at the Hooch regatta.... walking distance to the venue, walking ok to downtown. Many nice places to eat close to the bungalow. Excellent beds, slept like rocks.

We had 4 guests visiting from the UK for a wedding in town. They were here for over 1 week, and renting a property seemed like a good idea. It was great! The property was clean, the owners answered questions literally within minutes, the location was fabulous. As they didn't have a car, they enjoyed being able to walk to Aretha Frankensteins for breakfast, and down to the North Shore for more great restaurants and shopping. Very clean and well-equipped. Would definitely do this again for long term visitors to our wonderful city!
