Bought in January 2012 and completely RENOVATED and REMODELED from Kitchen, to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room and dining room, this condo is Paradise in the very quiet and quaint complex in the Las Palmas/ Tuscany neighborhood. The condo features, new kitchen with all new appliances, tiles in the floor and walls, granite in counter and island, full size laundry with new washer and dryer and a washing sink, tiles in family, dining, hallway and bathrooms, deluxe carpets in the 3 bedrooms. All new linens included, as well as new utensils and appliances. This condo is tastefully furnished and ready to enjoy the beauty of the place.

Features: 2 tennis courts, one paddle court, one practice tennis court, one basketball court, two pools, one heated all year long, 2 spas, one sauna, and very sophisticated landscaping. Only one wall connected to the next condo, it is located to the second floor with a spectacular view the mountains.

About Jocelyne and Pierre ROUX

We are French American living in Los Angeles, California. We fell in love with Palm springs for many years and we finally bought this beautiful condo that has been a dream come true. We purchased it in January 2012 and it took us three months to completely re-built, remodel and re-decorate the place. We hope that you will be enjoying it as well as we are. Our condo is available for rental from September to April for a minimum of one month to a maximum of 4/5 months. We will be always ready to assist you in any matter, since we are semi-retired and free to be in Palm Springs in less than 2 hours.

Why Jocelyne and Pierre ROUX chose Palm Springs

A friend recommended CASA DE ORO, Palm Springs. When we came to visit this complex, we fell in love with the beautiful and exclusive well manicured landscape. The next thing we noticed was the 'San Jacinto Mountains' that are just stone throw away from our condo. The complex has a unique ambiance of paradise and quaint atmosphere. We enjoy the walking in the morning who takes you in thirty minutes to the marvelous homes of the famous, especially 'Elvis Presley'

What makes this condo unique

What is so unique about our condo is the fact that it has one floor plan with a superb view of the 'Coachella' valley. We do not have ANY neighbors on the bottom or the top floors. Extremely quiet and yet so close to all the shopping, restaurants, central Palm Springs and famous Festival street activities every Thursday. We chose this 'Casa de Oro' condo because of its location, manicured grounds and the perfect heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and very important the perfect tennis courts, plus a training tennis court.

A wonderful month!

Our stay at Casa De Oro was fabulous. The unit exceeded our expectations in every way: the large kitchen, big screen TVs in both the living area and master bedroom, newly remodeled bathrooms, and new washer/dryer were all great. All the conveniences of home were waiting for us. Enjoying coffee on the deck every morning was the best. My afternoon swims in the perfectly heated pool were never missed. The grounds were very clean and well cared for. This condo is immaculate, very quiet and located in a wonderful walking neighborhood. We hope to return and would stay here again in the future.
