This large detached villa is ideally suited to large families. Centrally located on 2nd line in the picturesque old town, just 5 minutes walk from the wonderful Cala D'or beach 10 minutes from the town centre and 10 minutes from the fantastic marina. Recently updated with new kitchen and bathrooms, re tiled throughout, UPVC double glazing. and air conditioning. Oil fired central heating. Accommodation comprises of Ground floor lounge with patio windows on to covered terrace. Dining for 8 with DVD, Ipod Dock and CD player. Large kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave and Washing machine. Ground floor Double bedroom with en suite and direct access to terrace, Single bedroom with en suite shower room. Marble staircase to first floor with balconette. Master bedroom with en suite. Double bedroom. Twin Bunk Bed room with optional 3rd bed and 2nd Bunk bed room. Family Bathroom. Outside is a real sun trap, extensive terracing, large kidney shaped pool,sun beds, covered terrace with dining for 8.

this is the first time to take the trouble to write a report. We were going to stay in a hotel as we struggled to find avilla for just 2 adults .It was worth paying a bit more as the villa was spacious ,we used the master on-suited bed room, out side was very private we even brought some water wings to improve out swimming it had good shallow end and the deep was about 6ft.The position was perfect it was our first time to cala d'or, as we do not want to drive every thing was easy walking ,the harbour which we went to in the evenings was right and had a good choice of restaurants and the town was left which was alot more touristy not our thing but the supermarkets were ok and i did buy a dress so there were some shops to browse around.So it just perfect ,Aurbrey was very helpful not that you needed him as there was every thing you needed in the villa,we will definitely splash out again.
