New construction, bright sunny rooms. First level unit with huge wraparound deck looking south over the Elkhorn Golf Club, with a great view of the Sawtooth Mountains. Unbelievable Sunrises! First level with a setback from the street for privacy. Great exposure for sunny summer days and a fire pit for cool summer eves. Big gourmet kitchen w/ granite and separate full dining room (seats 10) for fun family meals. Gas stove and gas BBQ.
