We are planning to rent out our home, while we are spending the summer in Europe with friends and Family. The house is located in the Hills, four minutes off Sunset Blvd. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer Dryer, 120inch Flat screen TV. We have high ceilings and hardwood floor almost throughout the house.For your convenience the house has a Cedar Sauna where it feel good to be after swimming.
The kitchen, the vast living room as well as the bedroom lead directly to the huge Patio and a small green yard.
There is also a huge back yard with an very very long lap pool ,
The view is extraordinary: You can see the Getty Museum as well as Downtown L.A. in the distance. On a clear winter day we can even spot the snow covered mountains.This house is less than 10minutes from every great spot in LA,Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Venice. 20 minutes from LAX, Malibu an Downtown LA.The house has 1 kid bike and 3 adult bikes plus beach chairs, boogie boards etc for your use. You may also arrange to use our 2006Volvo XC90 SUV which seats 8 for local use at an additional fee.Our street is a quiet residential street, and it a dead end so there is no through traffic. Yard is completely fenced, We have a lovely large backyard with a built in lap-pool, patio with barbeque, lots of seating for outdoor dinners.
Weekly cleaning, pool and gardening services are provided at no extra charge.
Since this is our home we are looking for nice and respectful renters.
