3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, fully furnished with SS appliances and granite counters in kitchen. Two bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms while 3rd bedroom has a queen size sofa couch.1814 square feet of living space. Additional ammenities are access to full gym, tennis courts and 24/7 security behind gates and pool and spa . Single story with no one above. North facing views of golf course and mountains. Sliding doors to patio from living and master bedroom. BBQ on patio and fireplace in living room. Cable and tv's in all rooms and wifi.

I currently live in Long Beach,California. This is a vacation home for me as I retired a few years ago and love the sun and fun of the desert.
