*Classic Muskoka post & beam cottage built in 2005, and the boathouse in 2011.

*The main cottage has 5 bedrooms (2 rooms with 2 twin beds, 3 rooms with 1 queen bed each) and 2 full bathrooms.

*Screened-in Muskoka room with much sought-after western Lake Rosseau views.

*Full deck with lake views

*Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and BBQ.

*The 2-slip boathouse has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level (1 queen bed and 2 twin beds) and 1 full bathroom, kitchen and living area, amazing lake view deck.

***Great opportunity for two families to rent together.*** One family can be in the main cottage while a family of 4 or separate couple can be in the boathouse.

*Canoe and Laser sailboat included
