Laguna's Hidden Gem; Oceanview Penthouse; Luxury and Location

Our family spent five nights at Hidden Gem. From the beginning of our rental process, Paul and Bill were terrific and couldn't have been more accomodating. The property was perfect for our brief family get together. We loved the well appointed kitchen and very much loved watching the sunsets from the roof top deck. The weather was not too warm; but we still managed to enjoy Victoria Beach and Treasure Island (on the Montage property). We were active during our stay (with yoga at Yoga Works and spin classes at Art of Fitness), so we appreciated having an efficient washer and dryer on hand. The property, if not so well appointed and open, might have otherwise felt a little tight for our family of five, which included three adult children. Paul and Bill provided a blow-up bed with a pump; but our sons put a soft set of linens and a comforter on the couch each night and were comfortable switching off between the bedroom and the couch. Our daughter stayed in the room with the pull out couch and found it very cozy. Bill was so nice to meet us at the property on Christmas (evening) and show us around. Also, we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. We had a memorable five days in Laguna, which were enhanced by the warmth, beauty and comfort of the Hidden Gem. Thanks to Bill and Paul opening their home up to us. We look forward to our return visit.

I travel for business and I am always searching for an elegant and private option to a fine hotel. What I stumbled across in Laguna Beach, CA is a secret I'm almost afraid to share. For the price of a hotel room I got this beautiful 2+2 penthouse with a garden patio so perfect for entertaining that I actually invited my clients over for a glass of wine. Kudos to the owners for their attention to detail; you get my highest praise.

Stayed for four nights in September 2012. We had a great time just hanging out in the Condo. The Condo is furnished very nicely and was very comfortable and felt like home. The patio area was outstanding and was where we spent most of our time. The Bedrooms were nice as well and bedding was high end and comfortable. The only issue to us was the bedrooms are located right above Pacific Coast Highway and you can hear the traffic. Other than that, We would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area. The owners Paul and Bill were more than helpful in communicating with us before our stay and returned our Deposit faster than I expected.
