Lived in Kentucky all my life, recently retired and love the North West section of the Panhandle. Have been coming for years.Recently picked this property for our family vacation spot and hopefully, you will too.

Great investment opportunity and growing vacation spot. Vacationed all through North west Fla. for years. Choose this area for all the amenities. Many events in the area to enjoy AND not just the summer months! The Monthly Temperature averages are fantastic for travel to Panama City Beach All Year Long! Fishing is great! and Golfing is abundant.Lots of Shopping close by in PIER PARK and Outlet Malls 30 min away in Destin also.

The Ground Floor is GREAT! Love the front porch. No steps-no crowds-no problem finding parking! A Great View of the beach! We are beach lovers and Laguna Beach has some of the nicest beaches we have seen,with Crystal white sand and large, wide-open,spacious beaches. Everything you need is close by -but still away from the crowds! The Carousel Mkt.is next door and has ANYTHING you need for your stay!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need. I have already recommended your condo to several people and we will return every chance we get. We really enjoyed the privacy of the beach, but yet we were just 3 miles from Pier Park. Thanks for everything.

I just returned from spending the winter at this condo. The accommodations are everything and more than is described in the property description. Besides the home like enviorment of the condo, with absolutely everything you need included, my favorite part was the short walk across the street to get to the beautiful white sands of the uncrowded beach. I will definitely choose this condo upon my return to PCB.

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed your condo. Being the first ones in it was of course wonderful. The condo was SO clean and decorated so nicely. Loved paying across the street prices BUT it was so convenient to EVERYTHING. You can sit on the porch and watch the ocean all day long. We saw a school of doplhins playing while eating lunch on the porch and I grabbed the camera and ran across the street and there I was taking pictures.
Thank you for helping us to have a very memorable vacation.
OH...the Carousel grocery store RIGHT next door was awesome. We walked over there a few times to pick things up. nothing beat that convenience. Now if they could add a Redbox my like would be complete. :))
