This brand new villa is split into three apartments; the spacious ground floor with a one bedroom apartment, and the top floor with 2 apartments. In the garden is a 8m x 4m private swimming pool in front of the villa with a spacious terrace, sun beds, and outside solar shower, plus an outside communal dining table for 8 persons and a large barbecue for evening meals.

Apartment 2 (two bedrooms -sleeps 4). You enter into an open-plan air conditioned rooms with double bed, kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a dining table and chairs plus satellite TV. The apartment has a beautiful fully equipped bathroom with wc. One bedroom has a balcony with table and chairs for 2 and view on the countryside, from the other bedroom there is a nice view on the beautiful blue Adriatic sea which is around 1.5 km away.

Villa ‘’Lucija’ is situated in the region of Konavle nearby Cavtat, one of the nicest old cities on the Adriatic coast and 20 km south of Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic. The Konavle area is generally regarded as being reminiscent of Tuscany with its small, picturesque villages set amongst rolling hills and cypress trees. This region is an ideal spot for a holiday away from the crowd, but the best start for small trips, excursions, cultural events, the beach and various good restaurants in the area. A supermarket for the daily shopping is just 300 meters away.

The city of Cavtat is also a charming place to visit in the evenings. There are plenty of outdoor bars and a lot of fine (fish) restaurants. There is a promenade along the sea front near to which boats and yachts are moored and most of the little shops stay open until late at night. You can find here also larger supermarkets for your food shopping, but to go to the delightful fruit and vegetable market in Cavtat for fresh local products is preferable. For beaches, Cavtat again has charming places for swimming, diving, renting boats and other beach activities. You can also get the regular boat service to Dubrovnik.

It is about a 20 minutes drive to the amazing old town of Dubrovnik. Its old centre is full of historical treasures and charming stone streets with boutiques, bars and restaurants. This is a UNESCO World heritage site and is worth several days to explore. You can also get on numerous boats and ferries that go to Cavtat, the nearby Islands of Lopud, Sipan and Kolocep or make a longer trip to the island of Mljet to enjoy there its National Park. The history of Dubrovnik dates back to the Middle Ages and the city is full of historical monuments and beautiful old buildings. The city of Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
