Berlin's diplomatic and international buildings are here and it's a short walk or commute to the KaDeWe luxury department store, the Zoo, the blitzed Kaiser Wilhelm church to the Tiergarten markets. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and Berlin conveniences on Kurfürstendamm and it's really worth a stroll to explore the area, or catch the public transport into Mitte in 15 minutes. Nearby U-Bahn: Güntzelstraße (U9); Nearby S-Bahn Bundesplatz (S41, S42, S46).
