All Guests are pleasantly surprised when they arrive and drive up. Everyone has been thrilled with the location and the extreme cleanliness.

The large Live Oak tree that canopies the house was probably here when the Island was colonized by the British.
The first Telephone Exchange on the Island (circa 1930) was in a back room off the side porch with a switchboard with about 20 phone lines. The 1930 map of the Village Area shows this residence as a home that also operated a switchboard 'Telephone Exchange,' and a 'Dressmaker' named Blanche.
Park your car in the driveway and walk to Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Fishing Pier, Swim Park, Mini Golf, Rent a Golf Cart.
Take a Trolley Tour or take the Historic Ghost Tour. Don't forget to visit the wonderful new Swim Park by the Lighthouse ... very reasonable daily swim rates.
You are on the east side (ocean side) of Ocean Blvd for this great Price and accommodations. Our guests have enjoyed grilling out in the rear yard with the sounds of soft jazz floating on a breeze from over at PalmCoast Coffee House.
**Be sure to enjoy Beach Accesses #7 or #8 between tides -- it's roughly 400 or 500 feet away from the house depending on the track you take.
Fell absolutely 'in love' with the Historic Village Area of Saint Simons Island decades ago and appreciate the beauty and gifts that it brings daily. My 16 year old Chihuahua - Princess Brianna 'Bri-Bri' knows every inch of the Village and attributes the Island to her long life.
She loves the 'soft' ocean air.
