My two friends and I needed a place to stay for two weeks in between leases. This was small considering we had all our belongings with us, but served it's purpose. Would definitely rent from them again.

This studio 1br condo was in a great location, close to the tennis courts & pool, but away from the noise. Great spot for a weekend ski rental as well.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The teflon cookware was scratched & losing its surface. Patio was not swept and furniture dirty. Grill was corroded and unusable. Teapot had grit in the bottom. White corrosion on coffeemaker hot plate. Ants inside around patio door. Mold in shower area.

I was unclear about the unit's amenities - a.k.a. laundry and potential access to pool. The shower-tub-toilet was slightly rundown and subpar, but aside from that the unit was comfortable and the location excellent.
