Palm Tree Villa nestles in a tranquil garden of tropical flowers and shrubs, palms and sweet smelling frangipani, with 7 other properties. The garden is located on a small ridge enjoying cooling breezes and overlooking Mullins Bay with a backdrop of the Caribbean Sea. Palm Tree Villa is a spacious, single storey villa tastefully refurbished to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere during your stay. 2 large a/c bedrooms (17'6' x 13'), one twin, one double with plenty of wardrobe space and both with ensuite shower/toilet facilities, Fitted kitchen (12' x 10')with ceiling fan, fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle. 120v electrical supply with contact-breaker protection and U Room with washing machine.Large Lounge/Diner (23'6' x 15'6') A/C, ceiling fan, 3 piece suite (seats 5), dining table and 4 chairs, small TV, CD/DVD player. Room -width sliding patio doors with ocean view. Terrace and patio with funiture.Small Shared Pool. Ext.lighting.

Mullins Beach is at the bottom of our road, just a few minutes walk away. Here there is a superb beach restaurant and also a sauna across the road, belonging to the Royal Westmoreland Estate, open to non-residents. There is also a water sports area and sunbeds and beach umbrellas for hire & giftshop. A very pleasant location, good for swimming. If you want a beautiful quiet beach with no facilities, walk southwards around the beach 200 yards into the next bay, Gibbes, and you will discover paradise! Mullins is a small village and in an extremely nice area. It has many large houses and is well appointed with a fuel station with 24 hour shop. One mile north is Speightstown, a small town, where there are shops, banks and post office, restaurants and a supermarket. Three miles south is Holetown, a modern well appointed small town with more facilities, including a good shopping mall. Bridgetown is the capital, 10miles south,and the whole island is worth exploring, it is beautiful and safe.

Since the pool is unattended and the communal garden/car park have some unfenced areas, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 5. Unfortunately not able to accommodate wheelchairs, nor does it have adaptation for disabled (toilets etc). 6. Unheated pool, but the sun keeps it very warm all year round. 7.
