In the gated community of Monarch Beach, Dana Point, California. The condo overlooks the St Regis Resort and Ritz Carlton as well as the Monarch Beach Golf Course. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean from every room and is decorated with the finest details. Pool, 3 Jacuzzi, fitness room on site golf, and tennis are within walking distance as well as bike and walking trails. You can take a 20 minute stroll to the beach thru the golf course on a scenic public trail that is beyond description. The unit is 2BR, 2Bath and will sleep 6. Also includes washer and dryer and full kitchen that will make you feel right at home. Have breakfast on your very private balcony overlooking the California Riviera or watch the sunset as you lounge on the deck. 5 minutes to Dana harbor and whale watching, 10 minutes to Laguna Beach and the Art and Sawdust festival, 20 minutes to Newport Beach , and 40 minutes to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. Orange County Airport is just 20 minutes door to door. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels provided. There is no smoking, and no pets allowed.

What a view!

We stayed here last Summer and really enjoyed the condo and the location. There is an ocean view from almost every room in the house. Having breakfast on the balcony and looking at Catalina Island is one of my favorite memories. The condo is furnished beutifully. Everything seemed to be newly remodeled and it was done tastefully.

Very comfortable condominium. Safe place. Spectacular view from a height. Cool breezes. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Breakfast on the verandah was a highlight for our family. The place has a great swimming pool. Beautiful golf course and walking space around. I would recommend this property to others. Children enjoyed The Strand Beach close by. We visited Dana Point harbour for brunch one day.

We loved our stay at the condo. The listing description was accurate - very clean, well-maintained, gorgeous views, esp from the balcony. Excellent location, within a scenic, short walk or bike ride to the beach, convenient to freeways and shopping, quiet, safe neighborhood. We used the community pool, fitness area and hot tub daily. We Highly recommend the property to friends and family and plan to return soon.

Thank you for our wonderful stay in the gorgeous condo. I really loved ll the quality furnishings and comfy beds. It was so quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We had some great walks to the beach and so much fun walking around Dana Point. The views are really stunning. We felt like we had found a secret hideaway! We will definitely be coming again.
