Air conditioning and central heating. Small garden with tables and chairs. Separate kitchen, complete with appliances i.e microwave, iron, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven hob etc. Downstairs WC. Underground parking with direct access to townhouse. Large swimming pool surrounded with sun loungers.

Very close to famous La Canada shopping Centre.(5 Minute drive)as is Marbella town.Across the road from 2 excellent golf courses Rio Real and Santa Clara.This is a lovely tranquil location. About 1 hour to Ronda and 2 hours to ski in Sierra Nevada. Famous Marbella Hospital located on opposite side of motorway. Various restaurants and chiringuitos located on the beach.
