Home built in 2005

Fully furnished home with 2 car garage. Cable with flat screen tv and high speed internet service.

Almost brand new 3 /4 bedroom /office home on the greenbelt in sugarmillwoods village 13 miles to the rivers and the gulf. Gorgeous sunsets and just 90 miles to disney and 60 miles to Tampa airport/busch gardens. Clearwater beach is within driving distance as well.

This is a quiet private neighnborhood. 2 miles to grocery and drug store.

In Season is Dec 31 to March 31rst.

Rates are $1895 for 3-4 mths rental in season and $2095 per month in season. We prefer to rent Jan-Mar (3mths)

Some small pets accepted at owners discretion for a fee of $200 per month or $125.00 per monthly fee for 3-4 months rental.

Off season rent is only $1295.00 monthly. If you are thinking of retiring in florida come check out this friendly part of the US.

Golf and fishing, swin with the Manatees and dine at the many area resturants. One of Central Florida's best golf couses - World Woods is less than 15 min away.

My wife and I are both Boston area natives, living in the area for all of our lives. I am a So.NH University grad as my wife is a Boston Hospital Nursing LPN grad. We have 2 wonderful children and two grandchildren.

Purchased this property as a new construction in 2007 with the objective to pay down the mortgage as an income proerty so we can retire there (within time) to beautiful central Fl.

Close to area spring fed rivers and gulf is near by. Many golf courses in the area including World Woods - Pine Barrens and Rolling Oaks.
