At 750 feet above sea level you are literally 'above it all.' Ours is a quiet neighborhood that is just one block away from Moulton Park with its' lit tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground, BBQ grills and picnic tables, a full soccer field, exercise trail, and walkable fire roads to Top of The World. The view from the fire roads is possibly the best in town. You can see Catalina Island, Laguna Beach's Main Beach, Saddleback Mountain, Aliso Canyon, and Mt Baldy, all from one place. Redtail hawks soar above. The sunrises are at least as spectacular as the sunsets.

Victoria Beach, quite possibly the most spectacular beach in town, is just one mile down the hill from our home. It is where the iconic Lighthouse built in 1920's by William Brown sits. There are volleyball courts, striking cliffs, and tide pools, and a long stretch of flat sand to beach on. At low tide you can walk south from Victoria Beach to the neighboring Montage Resort and then on to Aliso Creek State Beach. If the tide changes, head home via Coast Hwy

We love the swimming pool! It is 35 feet long and about 15 feet wide with three waterfalls. Depths of 10 feet at the deep-end and 1 foot reef at the shallow end offer something for everybody. It is solar-heated year round and surrounded by a grassy area with stepping stones.

The home is essentially single level living. The master bedroom, library, great room and back yard with pool & spa are all on the upstairs view level.

Some guests say they never wanted to leave the home.
