1 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Sleeps 6. This unit now comes with 'Beach Services' 2 chairs and Umbrella which is a $30/day value.

Master Bedroom has Tempur-pedic type Med-Firm mattress, and a 41 Inch TV mounted to wall. Full Bath.

Unit has Bunk Beds with a Trundle, sleeps 2 Bunk Area also has a 32 Inch TV mounted to wall for children to play games, or watch their own shows.

Living room has a Sleeper Sofa, 52 Inch TV, Table that seats 6 and a bar area that sits 4.

Kitchen has Stove- Microwave -Ref with Crushed Ice -Blender-Toaster-Coffee Maker-Pots-Pans-Glasses-Silverware-Plates-Bowls etc.

This Condo is Brand new, purchased in April of 2012 as a developers unit.

Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

We require $200 to reserve the condo, the balance will be due 15 days before your scheduled arrival date.

We do not require damage deposit, we include a fee in your 'Total Price' that takes care of your damage deposit. If we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Check-in is 4:00PM Check-out is 11:00AM

About Scott Sheppard

My wife and purchased this property to have a place to go that is close, but just far away to feel 'Away from it all'

We have two beautiful girls that love the beach, and enjoy the amenities offered at Tidewater, the proximity of the unit to Pier Park, and especially all the 'Great' Seafood in the area.

My primary job is managing assets for retirees, but my true passion is music. My wife and I serve as Music Directors at our church where my father is the Pastor, and we are blessed to have our family, girls included, active in music and working along side us in ministry.

We chose this property because of its proximity to Pier Park, and its amenities which are some of the best in PCB.

What makes this condo unique

The view from the Balcony is breathtaking, and the 24th floor gives you a unique vantage point of the ocean where you will often see Sharks, Dolphins, and huge schools of fish.

Watching the birds feed on the schools of fish is very entertaining, and can be best taken in with a nice pair of binoculars.

Great View!!

The condo was great and was just the right size. It had all the amenities that we needed as if we were at home. We had some specific needs and the Owners were very willing to work with us. There were a few things I noted to the Owner, but nothing that had any negative affect on our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in this unit again in the future.

Owner's were excellent to deal with and answered all questions promptly and personally. The condo was as described with one of the nicest views you can imagine. The master bed was really comfortable and the condo was laid out nicely with a pretty darn big balcony! The beach is beautiful and the beach chairs and umbrella were nice. Our only negative is the elevators were quite difficult. They could use at least 4 more for a place of that size and even that wouldn't be enough for move in day on Saturday! Be prepared to wait.

One of the nicest parts of the stay was the care the owner's took in the place... on our move in, the cleaner had apparently called in sick and we arrived to one of the owners cleaning the place themselves! Thanks Beth- its obvious you put your heart into the place!

Awesome Senior Year Spring Break!

My stay at Tidewater Beach Resort

I spent 6 weeks at this condo and found it to be well appointed, clean, and as advertised in the VRBO listing. The owners were most helpful when called upon and made every attempt to make my stay comfortable. The building amenities are numerous and well maintained. Tidewater Beach Resort is near Pier Park which has many fine restaurants and excellent shopping for virtually any need. I would recommend this property without reservation.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just as advertised.Remarkably clean, beautiful furnishing and one of the most comfortable beds in the master bedroom you could ask for. The beach views were gorgeous from the balcony. In fact it is so close to the Gulf that you feel like you almost could touch it.We had 7 family members that stayed Dec 23-27 and the condo was spacious enough for all of us. One of the reasons we chose this condo is because of it's close location to Pier Park shopping and dinning and we enjoyed that very much. The owners were very nice to work with and made renting very easy and affordable. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
