On the advice of our previous guest we have opted not to get the Beach Service which provides a chair an umbrella on the beach. Instead, we have provided 6 very nice beach chairs. Two of the chairs have a small adjustable umbrella, and also a place to put drinks. The other four are great quality, and they have a head rest, and a place for drinks as well as a place in back for storage. Since most of the people that come to our condo have 4-6 in their party, providing the chairs instead of the beach service made more sense.
Please, Please, be considerate of those that come after you, and put the chairs back in the closet, and clean them off the best you can. I got the best chairs I could buy that would provide good quality, but at the same time be light enough for a child to carry. So, you should have no problem transporting them back forth to the beach if needed.
Master Bedroom has Tempur-pedic type Med-Firm mattress, and a 41 Inch TV mounted to wall. Full Bath.
Unit has Bunk Beds with a Trundle, sleeps 2 Bunk Area also has a 32 Inch TV mounted to wall for children to play games, or watch their own shows.
Living room has a Sleeper Sofa, 52 Inch TV, Table that seats 6 and a bar area that sits 4.
Kitchen has Stove- Microwave -Ref with Crushed Ice -Blender-Toaster-Coffee Maker-Pots-Pans-Glasses-Silverware-Plates-Bowls etc.
This Condo is Brand new, purchased in April of 2012 as a developers unit.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!!, No Smoking.
We require $200 to reserve the condo, the balance will be due 15 days before your scheduled arrival date.
We do not require damage deposit, we include a fee in your 'Total Price' that takes care of your damage deposit. If we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Check-in is 4:00PM Check-out is 10:00AM
Note of safety precaution!!!
Please be careful if you have small children when exiting the front door. Never open the front door when the balcony door is open. The wind at the beach creates an enormous pull, and the pressure behind the door could seriously injure a child or small adult.

My wife and purchased this property to have a place to go that is close, but just far away to feel 'Away from it all'
We have two beautiful girls that love the beach, and enjoy the amenities offered at Tidewater, the proximity of the unit to Pier Park, and especially all the 'Great' Seafood in the area.
My primary job is managing assets for retirees, but my true passion is music. My wife and I serve as Music Directors at our church where my father is the Pastor, and we are blessed to have our family, girls included, active in music and working along side us in ministry.

What makes this condo unique
The view from the Balcony is breathtaking, and the 24th floor gives you a unique vantage point of the ocean where you will often see Sharks, Dolphins, and huge schools of fish.
Watching the birds feed on the schools of fish is very entertaining, and can be best taken in with a nice pair of binoculars.
