* 3 outdoor seating area by the lake plus balcony

* Master Bedroom has ensuite double jetted jacuzzi tub and shower with big window view of lake

* Large Living Room with granite fireplace and cross beams

* Kitchen is renovated with granite counters, custom rustic cabinets, subzero refrigerator

* Bathrooms are all renovated with granite counter and stone floor

* Stone walls in all ground floor

* The house is furnished with antiques

* Main house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with lake view and 2 with mountain view. (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twins)

* Upper floor has 1 King (Master bed) and 1 Queen, each has ensuite bathroom

* Ground floors has 1 Queen and 2 Twins.

* The 5th large bedroom is on top of garage, has 2 Twins and ! Double bed, mountain view, ensuite with bathroom with separate entrance from main house.

* Living Room has 2 couches that fold out into two queen beds plus a queen air mattress and a single couch

* A Single air mattress could be setup in each bedroom

We really enjoyed our stay here. Relaxing at the porch with lake so close to the porch, very calming with your own beach. We also liked lazy around on the dock, surrounded with the turquoise water. This is the only area in Lake Tahoe that you could find so turquoise color. Have a very unique feeling being in a house built 80 years ago yet still very good maintained with combination of luxurious renovation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
