Holiday Home and private pool and Great Terrace with Barbecue. The property enjoys full sun all day, equipped with furniture of garden and amacas. 2 minutes to the sea, 2 km to the beach. Near the beaches virgins of the island, 'Es Trenc ' Ses Covetes'. Is a calm location, is equipped with Central heating/air-conditioning and fire-place. There is private parking. Is recommended for families with children.There are T.V.Satelite. The D'alt Sa Rapita development has its own sports club with a large 30 metre pool, 3 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts and a bar restaurant open year-around. Horse riding - Llucmajor 10km. Sa Rapita is a zone of restaurants placed in front off to the sea, with typical food of Majorca, and cuisine of fresh fish. In the night there is very much environment. There are local shops, supermarkets (3 minutes walking), banks.
