The complex has some spectacular views, with the white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean on one side and the fantastic Rif Mountains on the other. This 24hr gated complex has private parking, shopping boutiques, 2 large outdoor swimming pools and 2 children's pools. The complex is nestled between 2 marinas (one of which is undoubtedly Morocco's finest), an Aqua Park, children's play areas and not to mention the 5* Sofitel Hotel with its huge spa, fitness suites and magnificently manicured gardens. The apartment is within walking distance of the King's summer palace and the pretty fishing village of M'Diq.

Nestled between 2 marinas, a water park, a 5* Hotel and only a 2 minute walk to the White sandy beach of Morocco's ''Golden Mile' lies Colina Smir. Once you step out of the 24hr gated complex you will find numerous bars, restaurants and hotels in the area serving inexpensive and mouth-watering traditional dishes. Turn right and take a stroll along the palm lined boulevard, past the King's summer palace to M'Diq (approx 4km). A quaint but thriving fishing village, where you can experience the finest Tagine (Moroccan stew) or sample freshly caught sardines barbequed at the harbour. A 5 minute taxi ride (approx €2) will take you to the thriving Marina Smir, which is undoubtedly Morocco's finest marina, modelled on Spain's Puerto Banus but without the price tag! Alongside the Marina is the 5* Sofitel Hotel, with its huge Spa and perfectly manicured gardens. Families can enjoy a wonderful and inexpensive day out at the Aqua Park which again is a 5 minute taxi ride from the complex.

There are three distinct sections of the Medina, the Andalusian, the Jewish, and the Berber sections, though the untrained eye might have trouble distinguishing between the three. Be sure to hire a guide and you'll enjoy the medina that much more. Mohammed V Ave. is a pedestrian only road in the centre. Filled with people in the evenings Mohammed V is filled with dozens of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, tourist shops, and street vendors.

A family experience in Morocco

Location: in an high standing zone of Morocco. I have called it "the Marbella of Morrocco".
Apartment: Nice decorated, clean, spacious .
Customer service: excelent. Local agent always helpful and englishspoken.
Security: Complete. Private estate under surveillance.
A fault (if I have to say one): It is needed a clothes line o clothes horse for wet clothes!!

It was very relaxing stay.... I enjoyed the place with my family....very clean appartment and well furnished .
located between some other marina in fantastic and very clean and neat area........ restaurants arec close by 95 minutes drive.
I highly recoomend it to small family and couples ..

Yes, restaurants are indeed close by, one being in the Kabila Hotel just opposite the complex, and also the Kabila Marina which is a short walk away but definately worth it. I am not entirely sure about the 95 minutes drive, but I suspect you may be referring to Tangier airport which can normally be reached in 60-90 mins.
