Beautiful on the beach 2 bedroom condo with up-to-date bedrooms,living room, baths, kitchen and fully equipped to enjoy your stay. This is a 20 floor elevator building with the rental unit on the 4th floor for easy access to pool,beach, exercise room, sauna, jacuzzi lobby, tennis and parking. The views are spectacular to the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Bay. The Master bath has a beautiful shower with body spray nozzles and separate Jacuzzi bath. Mart and shops are just across the street with trolley service to Clearwater Beach area. Plenty of closet space for your bathing suits, Bermuda's, slacks, dresses, golf clubs and sun gear.

Clearwater Beach is within walking distance. Tourist attractions such as speed boats, Pirate tour vessel, Dolphin watch vessels, jetski/speed boat rentals, fishing boats, and many other water attractions are available. Trolleys stop just outside of building allowing for travel to and from Clearwater Beach area. Rental car is available by phone to Enterprise which will pick you up for rentals. Other rental firms are available at the airport or in Clearwater area. Airport is 30minutes away. Limosine, taxis, and shared services to Sandkey are available.

Notes: Elevator to condo unit floor. Also access to 4th floor condo by stairs directly from beach or lobby, only two floors up for easy access. Parking is under cover in building. Access to tennis court is on 3rd floor elevated from street facing Bay. All bedrooms and living room have entrance onto terrace directly. Views to Gulf of Mexico from these rooms and view from kitchen window to Bay. Kitchen is newly renovated. Ceiling fans add comfort in all rooms for your stay. All rooms have TV's with the one in the living room having a new Flat screen TV. Italian tile in the Kitchen, dining, and bathrooms, the remainder is carpeting.

Sporting and other Activities: Golf is 20 minutes away.Tennis is on site, Clearwater sailing school on Bay, kayaking, Jet skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, swimming, boating, fishing off beach and on boats, and Shops at Sand Key all within walking distance. International Mall near airport, as well as other shopping, cinemas and movie theatres. Fitness centre (on site), and plenty of excellent restaurants in the area.

Our family stayed in this lovely condo directly on the gulf in a convenient location of Clearwater. Very nice amenities and quiet building. I would recommend this unit!
