About Marsha

I live in the San Diego area. I use this apartment when I'm in LA (Santa Monica) visiting my family and friends. After living in Los Angeles for many years, I guarantee this is a prime location if you are looking for an upscale, urban feeling right next to the most famous beaches in Southern California.

Marsha purchased this apartment in 2009
Why Marsha chose Santa Monica

Fantastic Location in the heart of Santa Monica. Unique combination of a 'beach town' and sophisticated city living. Walk everywhere from this luxury apartment. Ride your bike and shop on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, walk to the beach, eat at the best restaurants. See all the latest movies, including the 'indies' at the many movie theaters in the neighborhood. The Westside at its best.

What makes this apartment unique

Watch gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific from your outdoor balcony. Keep your car parked for free in your own private space in the building's gated underground garage. No worries about getting parking tickets. This is a great location to use as your base for your next trip to LA. Very close the 10 and 405 Freeways that can take you everywhere you might want to visit.

This is a super spot for everything you need. Santa Monica is the hub for great food, gorgeous beaches and all the stores you could need.
The apartment is very central for walking, and if you hire a car its also ideal as it comes with a parking spot. You will find everything you need in the apartment for cooking and laundry purposes.
Don't over look this property as it ticks all the boxes

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here in Santa Monica, will return, and we highly recommend. Owner was helpful and accommodating. Apt had everything we would ever need. Walked to Farmers' Market on Wed and enjoyed healthy food all week. Lots of good restaurants---we especially enjoyed Monsoon Cafe and Real Food Daily. Traveling from the cold midwest, we enjoyed the 80 degree weather while strolling on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. This was a very convenient location for all that we wanted to do. The owner was very helpful in arranging for our late evening arrival. The apartment was clean and in good condition; linens were very nice; the building was quiet.
