I live in the San Diego area. I use this apartment when I'm in LA (Santa Monica) visiting my family and friends. After living in Los Angeles for many years, I guarantee this is a prime location if you are looking for an upscale, urban feeling right next to the most famous beaches in Southern California.

Marsha purchased this apartment in 2009

Fantastic Location in the heart of Santa Monica. Unique combination of a 'beach town' and sophisticated city living. Walk everywhere from this luxury apartment. Ride your bike and shop on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, walk to the beach, eat at the best restaurants. See all the latest movies, including the 'indies' at the many movie theaters in the neighborhood. The Westside at its best.

Watch gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific from your outdoor balcony. Keep your car parked for free in your own private space in the building's gated underground garage. No worries about getting parking tickets. This is a great location to use as your base for your next trip to LA. Very close the 10 and 405 Freeways that can take you everywhere you might want to visit.

Stayed at this excellent apartment for a week with my daughter. Couldn't ask for much more. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (so much better than a motel). Marsha was great to deal with, she even arranged to have the key at a different pick-up location because of a late arrival. She answered all emails promptly and even called to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Instructions for the apartment were left out, and she made sure the bedding for the pullout was out where we could find it. The gated garage was awesome as well.
As for location, outside of staying right on the beach and paying a fortune, you can't ask for better. A short walk to the pier and beach, and an even shorter walk to the 3rd street promenade.
On a side note, Marsha returned my refundable damage deposit the next day!
Thanks Marsha for everything!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's location is the best. I was able to visit all of Los Angeles without any problem. You really can't ask for a better location. It's walking distance to Santa Monica pier and there's a grocery store across the street. I had a great time in LA and if I go back then I will try to stay here again.

My wife and I spent 5 days in this condo. We had a blast. The location was perfect for us. 8 easy blocks to the beach. 4 blocks to shopping on 3rd Street Promenade. Short walk to several bicycle rentals shops. We rode the easy 3.5 mile paved path to Venice Beach and had a great day there. Thanks Marsha for helping make it such a fun trip

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to be close to shopping, beach, restaurants and the Pacific Coast Highway. This apartment is exactly as it is shown in pictures and very clean. The parking space and WiFi in the apartment were pluses.

My girlfriend and I wanted a place where we could walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach and this place fit our needs to a tee. It was also centrally located for a convenient drive to Venice Beach, Malibu and Beverly Hills just to name a few. If you want covenience in the heart of Santa Monica this is your place. It was just amazing and we will definitely be back!
