A tastefully furnished two storey apartment, in Costa Esuri, just 5 minutes from the picturesque town of Ayamonte, on the Costa De La Luz. This region of Spain is particularly favored by the Spanish for their own holidays.

The accommodation is on two levels; the master bedroom has a King Size bed and en suite and is on the top floor with 2 roof terraces, one with bistro table and chairs. The two twin bedded rooms are on the 1st floor with bathroom, spacious lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The patio has a table and chairs which comfortably seat 6 people and also 4 sun loungers.

The apartment is located within a security gated community and has its own private parking space

Costa Esuri has an 18 hole Golf course and is minutes away from both beaches and Golf Courses in Spain and Portugal.

Costa Esuri, is on the Costa de la Luz (meaning Coast of light) and is renowned for it's beautiful unspoilt beaches along the coastline. These continue in the Algarve in Portugal which is just a 5 minute drive away. It has the moast sun and least rainful of all the Costas.

Isla Canela (10 mins drive) has a beach which forms a shallow lagoon. Isla Canela is not only the name of one of the beaches but is also an area in which magnificent swamps can be found. It is an ideal place to go bird watching as a wide range of different species can be seen.

The Costa Esuri Championship Golf Course is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The nearest town of Ayamonte provides most small town services: including fresh fish market and a picturesque Marina which tourists love. It is a lively and vibrant fishing town where you will see a charming mix of palm fringed squares, pedestrian walkways and little cobbled alleys, where you will find many cafes, bars and restaurants.

Shopping and services :- There are many well stocked supermarkets in Ayamonte such as SuperSol, a large Spanish chain. Also, in nearby Cartaya there is a large Carrefour. For clothes shopping, Huela offers a large department stores, El Corte Ingles and the bSpanish fashion stores, Zara and Cortefield. Other services such as banks, post office and fuel are all within easy reach in Ayamonte.

Seville the Capital of Andalusia is one and half hours on the motorway full of cultural heritage. Well worth a visit to enjoy a traditional Flamenco followed by Tapas in the bustling old quarter of the city.

The Donana Nature Reserve is well worth a visit, this is in the region of an hour and a quarters drive.

The apartment is on the golf resort of Costa Esuri which is just a 10 minute drive to Ayamonte, a charming Spanish town with its pedestrianized street, traditional tiled plazas with shops, bars, restaurants & tavernas. The Golf course, driving range & club house is a 5 minute walk away.

Beaches - Isla Canela, Spain and Monte Gardo (Portugal) are only 10-15 min drive away. There are other beautiful beaches to discover further along the coastline.

Isla Canela with its lovely Marina is a 10 min drive away and has a beautiful sandy beach with a variety of water sports. There are water parks just outside El Rompido (Spain) and another near Faro (Portugal). Sea and river trips can be taken from Isla Canela and El Rompido where whales and dolphins may be spotted.

For days out visit Tavira (Portugal), a lovely fishing village about 20 min drive from Ayamonte, or explore Roman Ruins just North of Seville. The Donana National Park in the Province of Huelva is also well worth a visit.

Golf: Costa Esuri is a lovely development built around a golf course set in an area of natural beauty and close to the charming border town of Ayamonte. The Guadiana River is the backdrop to the West golf course and is the natural boundary between Spain and Portugal.

For golfers this area really is a gold mine. Ayamonte is the epi centre of a fabulous region for golfers. Being situated right on the frontier between Spain and Portugal, Golf can be enjoyed both in the Western Costa de la Luz and the Eastern Algarve.

The Algarve is synonymous with golf, with an amazing collection of first class championship courses and beautiful resorts strung along a sun-kissed coastline. Within a 30 minute radius there are at least a dozen top class courses, and the mild climate mean they can be enjoyed all year round. Courses in the Eastern Algarve include Castro Marim, Quinta do Vale, Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima, Benamor and Mote Rei.

The Costa de la Luz is wedged between the Cost del Sol and Portugal's Algarve, two of the worldsmost developed golfing destinations, but offers a fascinating contrast and which are emerging as great new alternatives for the golfing traveller. Courses on the Costa de la Luz include: two at Costa Esuri, Isla Canela, Istantilla, Nuevo Portil, El Rompido and Dunas de Donana.

    We strongly advise you to buy holiday insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation

    REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT; This is €175 and covers breakages, damages or loss of keys. This is fully refundable after a satisfactory inspection of the property by my management company. This must be paid with the final payment and will be refunded when we receive a report from our management company at Costa Esuri that everything has been left in a satisfactory condition. This is usually returned within 2 weeks.

    CHANGE OVER DAY is a Saturday for the high season, with a minimum weekly booking during the months of July and August. Change over day can be flexable for other seasons.

A great holiday

We spent a fantastic week at the end of July in Costa Esuri. It was an easy drive fro the airport (Faro) and we stopped off en route to do some food shopping at a large supermarket in Tavira (Portugal). A friendly person from Purple Parrot (the management company) met us at the golf club car park and took us to the apartment. When we saw the apartment we were delighted as it was even better than we'd imagined from the photos. It is very spacious, light, well equipped and furnished and overlooks the swimming pool. There are plenty of bath and pool towels, large patio and dining tables and sufficient cooking utensils. It was lovely at the end of the day to go upstairs to the master bedroom with its own terrace and bathroom. The complex itelf is attractive and very well maintained. Even at the weekend (when more apartments were occupied) it was still very calm and peaceful. There are plenty of crowd free, beautiful beaches. We particularly liked going towards Islantilla (about 20 minutes drive) for the beach which had a large, shaded car park and only cost one euro for the day. We would definitely recommend this apartment and are considering going there again next year.

Ideal, comfortable y espacioso apartamento

Nos ha encantado este apartamento. Soy bastante exigente y la verdad que cumplía con casi todas las expectativas que llevaba (evidentemente siempre hay cosas que pueden mejorar).
Es espacioso, cómodo, luminoso, el mobiliario es moderno y amplio. Las habitaciones son amplias con grandes armarios. Los colchones muy cómodos, se nota que están bastante nuevos.
Los baños son también muy espaciosos.
La estancia más pequeña es la cocina pero suficiente para unos días. En cuanto al menaje que tenía he de decir que algo escaso para una familia que decida cocinar durante sus vacaciones (faltaban cucharillas de café, alguna bandeja para llevar las cosas, abrelatas, etc.). Echamos en falta una cafetera pues la que había era un tanto rara y no hacía café rico. Tuvimos que comprar una tipo italiana.
La urbanización es genial; está en una zona privada vigilada y practicamente no hay peligros para los niños. Dentro de la misma hay agrupaciones de apartamentos y cada uno dispone de 2 piscinas. Los niños tienen mucha libertad de movimiento desde los aptos.
La zona es muy tranquila y está en un paraje muy bonito.
El inconveniente es que está retirado de la playa.
Dos sugerencias: que pusieran mosquiteras pues es una zona donde hay muchísimos mosquitos y se hacen insoportables. Y más luz en la terraza pues es muy amplia y agradable por la noche pero sólo tiene un aplique y resulta escasa la luz que da.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Juli in diesem Apartment und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Großes Apartment mit 6 Schlafplätzen (3 Schlafzimmer), gemütlich eingerichtet, schöne Umgebung (nettes Neubaugebiet mit großen Pool im Innenhof). Britisches und spanisches Fernsehen. Internet leider nur im naheliegenden Golfclub (dafür frei).

Costa Esuri ist eine Siedlung in der man sich, neben Spanischen Sprachkenntnissen, auch mit etwas englisch Kenntnissen bestens zurecht findet (viele Briten haben machen hier Urlaub, daher sprechen auch die Anwohner und Mitarbeiter im umliegenden gebiet recht gutes Englisch).

Auto ist ein muss. Sehr sehenswert in dieser Gegend sind Ayamonte, Punta Umbria (wer Action und Wassersport mag) und die portugiesischen Algarven (traumhaft schöne Strände).

Eine klare Empfehlung!

We stayed in this apartment for a 2 weeks vacation in july and enjoyed our stay in andalusia very much. Its a pretty huge apartment with sleeping possibilities for 6 persons (3 bedrooms) with a nice interior and a beatutiful surrounding. British and spanish TV. WiFi only available in the nearby golf club (nevertheless, it's free of charge).

Costa Esuri is a settlement where you don't get lost without spanish language knowledges (obviously many british people go here on holiday, which mught be the reason for almost everybody in the surrounding area to speak quite good english).

A car is a must. Very worth to see the area of Ayamonte, Punta Umbria (for all action and sports enthusiats) and the portuguese Algarve area (enchantingly beautiful beaches).

A definite recommendation.

We had a fab time staying here. What a lovely duplex, the photo's do not do it justice. We totally chilled out for the two weeks we stayed here and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. I would recommend this place for families young and older. Has all of the mod cons including air- con (bliss - very hot when we went), clean, with plenty of extra linen for bed changing and well maintained inside and outside. Would definitely book this again if we go back to this area next year and have recommend to friends. A car is a must however, as shops are short drive away but you wouldn't be able to walk it. We hired our car from faro airport. Restaurants in Ayamonte town very nice and it was lovely to be able to pop over to Portugal for breakfast or dinner occasionaly. Didn't realise how close it is. Ferry ride over to Portugal from Ayamonte very enjoyable and recommended. Couldn't believe how different Ayamonte is from the day to evening... quiet but busy in the day, but positively buzzing in the evening with families out and about, especially the town square which you can see in the photo's. Must also add the lady owner, Jean, was such a lovely person, it made booking so much easier. Thank you Jean, we had a lovely time!

The property is located in a quite area but with easy access to major cities such as seville or Vila Real de Santo ANtonio, Portugal. The overall experience within the property was excellent, we were provided with all facilities to have a relaxed holiday, property was clean and easy to maintain with a great layout for couples with kids (master bedroom is on the top floor). As it is so close to Portugal you can enjoy the great restaurantes with sea view among the portuguese coast, as well as join in during the summer tranditional festivals...
I would highly recommend this property to my friends.
