From main entrance on Lake Washington Blvd just 1 flight of stairs to top floor. Washer/Dryer avail on main floor. Spectacular views of Lake Washington, Olympic Mts, Sunsets and Marsh Park. Close walk or run to downtown Kirkland with many restaurants and shopping. Also a close walk to Carillon Point with additional Restaurants and shopping. Assigned covered parking and plenty of street parking. Convenient grocery store across street.Includes Cable TV & High Speed Wireless Internet Service. Sorry No Pets & No Smokers.

Warm and felt like home

My family and I have not seen each other for over a year, so our goal of this trip was not sightseeing but a family reunion over Chinese New Year. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the house rather than outside doing touristy things. Ed's place was perfect for us! The view was stunning, and the place was equipped with all the essentials from cookware, dining utensils, toiletries products, comfy beds, to entertainment such as HBO! The decor was very welcoming and homey that really made it feel like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We spent the holidays visiting family in the Puget Sound area. This condo was ideally located for us. We were close to freeway access, yet near great restaurants and shopping. The view of Lake Washington made our stay truly special.

The gourmet cooking capabilities made meal prep a breeze...whether a large dinner or a small brunch, the kitchen is well equipped with high end full size appliances. What a bonus to have an ice maker!

Ed and Kris have invested in rich cabinetry, warm carpeting and beautiful granite which makes this unit a welcoming spot for visitors. The 3 flat screen TVs coupled with a PC/printer offer all the comforts of home. We look forward to our next stay.

The condo is perfectly situated near downtown Kirkland with a beautiful view of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains. We found that it was conveninetly located near Seattle yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Ed and Kris took great care in selecting guest focused amenities and items to make the condo homey and easy to use. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms beautiful, and the kitchen superb! The only thing we would have changed is the length of our stay...to make it longer.

Given the demographics of the nearby residents, we found that this was the quiet getwaway we needed. Folks looking for a more bustling building/location may enjoy something nearer downtown.

A perfect setting for a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I love Kirkland, Washington and we spent almost an entire year looking for "the perfect" vacation place. This condo fit all of our requirements: it was beautifully appointed, with a gourmet kitchen and dining area perfect for entertaining. Right on Lake Washington, it had beautiful views and was walking distance to downtown Kirkland's many great restaurants, weekly Farmer's Market and shopping.

Getting to Seattle was an easy bus ride to enjoy visiting the Seattle Art Museum, Pike's Place Market and Chihuly Gardens & Glass (near the Space Needle).

Ed & Kris are wonderful folks and very considerate owners. The condo is lovingly maintained and furnished to make you feel that you are staying at your home away from home.

I highly recommend this property. We look forward to returning again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property! The owners are very conscientious & want your stay be hassle free!
