To enjoy a truly relaxing Oxford experience this little two bedroom, one bath cottage is the place for you. The 2011-2012 renovation was painstakingly careful to preserve the old Mississippi house feel. It is truly a charming house, The cottage features an open floorplan with a full size kitchen which opens out to a 14x30 screened porch with vaulted ceiling. Walk to the historic old Oxford town square for some of the South's best shopping, dining, and entertainment; stroll around the local Avents Park just down the street or dine in the two best restaurants/bar in town (just steps from the front door) or enjoy Ole Miss sports and tailgating; hit the local antique shops or just take a nap in the swing.....it's up to you.

About Paige Evans

Glen and Paige Evans are the owners of 213 Williams. The home was recently purchased and renovated for the use of family and friends.

Paige currently holds a Real Estate Liscense in Ms. and is employed through Walker Realty.

Why Paige Evans chose Oxford

We think this location is perfect for the person who likes the idea that the car can stay in the driveway. Stroll to the town square, the park for tennis, walking trails and play grounds, or antiquing or enjoying some of the best restaurants and bars in the South. And I am just mentioning the ones that are the closest. There are two James Beard Award winning restaurants just steps from the front door. The University and ballgames with tailgating second to none is only 1.9 miles or there is public transportation nearby. The University also has many nationally known preformances at the Ford Center. Because it is in this little neighborhood it can also be a retreat from some of the excitement if rest is what you desire.

What makes this cottage unique

We think it is one of the cutest little houses in town. When we started work on this house we decided it had to look like the Oxford houses we had known growing up. I think this sweet little white lap board house has hit the mark.

Convenient to the beautiful Ole Miss campus known for its best in the nation tailgating on football weekends, extraordinary architecture, park like campus and exciting SEC sporting events. This home is also just steps away from two of James Beard winner John Currance's restaurants, local favorites Snack Bar and Big Bad Breakfast.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Just Charming!

My husband, son, and I visited Oxford to look at Ole Miss. I stumbled on this house at the last minute and thankfully it was available. Paige was delightful, making arrangements for us to stay even though she was out of town. We couldn't have had a better setup: two bedrooms and a bath, with a living room and fabulous porch. The house is charmingly decorated and gave us all room to spread out - much better than a hotel room. This was my first experience with VRBO and it could not have been more perfect. The charm of Oxford was made more perfect by this charming house and homeowner, and we look forward to future trips to Oxford!

Perfect getaway location (Oxford) coupled with perfect getaway house! The location of this wonderful property is close enough to walk to the square, the grove and the stadium. Were lucky enough to have short wait time to BBB (greatest breakfast ever) on a Saturday morning....just a block from the house. Such comfort and attention to detail inside and made quick friends with the super happy Golden Retriever (fenced in) next door :) Very quiet neighborhood along lovely street. Hope to meet the owners our next time through. After so much time on the phone with Paige, feel I already know her! Very very accommodating and friendly.

Perfect weekend getaway to Ole Miss!!

My husband and I recently stayed at this adorable little cottage with some friends. We were showing our friends around Oxford and Ole Miss. The trip was perfect, and the house was in a perfect location. The walk was close, and the house was near BBB ( my favorite breakfast place) and Volta. The owners were so caring and on top of things. The house was clean and in perfect shape. They even left us milk, orange juice, and snacks. We had the best time!

Every host should have this kind of guest. Shortly after her arrival she sent a message thanking me for some small extras and telling me how happy she was in our little house. She seemed to notice and appreciate all the things in and about the place that set it apart. She took special care of the house. We appreciatete this lovely guest and hope she finds a reason to visit again soon.

Gorgeous cottage with beautiful and interesting design accents throughout and an amazing comfortable porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying warm southern breezes. Bathroom and kitchen are upgraded with high quality modern conveniences. Excellent place to stay for smaller groups. Owners were thoughtful, checking in on my stay and stocking the fridge with morning staples.
